Pls recall Jodha's word to TE - hum aapke aur Ruqaiyya ke beech nahin aana chahte.

TE did not vote for Ruqs just becoz Jodha told him so - he realised that Jodha's words are exactly what Ruqs ka problem is - and he voted for Ruqs for 2 reasons is my opinion - 1) so that Ruqs can realise that she has her place in his life just as Jodha has hers, 2) to protect Jodha from Ruqs.

Pls let us not call TE Jodha's poodle - I do agree that his and Salima's voting for Ruqs on Jodha's say so was not right but my opinion is that both did so to protect Jodha from Ruqs since both have realised from the murti kaand how negative Ruqs is to Jodha.

I think had Ruqs become the harem in-charge again, both TE and Salima would have kept her under constant surveillance and one wrong step and TE would have thrown her over and put another in-charge. There is a time for confrontation and a time for conciliation and this was not the time for confrontation with Ruqs - that needs more finesse

Dear I never wanted Ruqaiya to become harem in charge again. But then I just wish that whatever reasons you have mentioned in favour of Jalal and Salima, it comes out to be true. Now your way of defending Jalal and Salima is right and each and every point is very convincing. But here again we are having personal relations vs political opinions(I STILL HAVE THIS SLOGAN RINGING IN MY HEAD). Now protecting Jodha from Ruqs point is something I don't get. Jalal already knows about Ruqs being involved in murti kaand. How can he be so sure that she will not do anything even after him warning her about this? Now after scolding her so much if he ends up voting for Ruqs won't it create a feeling in Ruqaiya's mind that Jalal will support her even if she does something wrong again. He may shout at her again but then nothing more. Did you see that he did doubt her when she chose to vote for Jodha. Now I want to see what Jalal is gonna do when he'll come to know about Ruqaiya's real intentions.

Again I am not upset with Jalal or Salima either, they know Ruqs, they have seen her dislike or hatred for Jodha and they knew she would practically breathe fire if they didn't vote for her or at least Jalal didn't vote for her, hence the reactions out of all the people when Ruqs voted for Jodha. Jalal and Salima have started seeing Ruqs for the person she really is and disliking it but they are still not at that stage where they would want to hurt her or not care about her feelings or actions.
Also Jodha's good intentions were not only for Ruqs, they were for Jalal and Salima too. She did not want their relationship with Ruqs to get ruined, if that were to happen it would hurt Jalal and Salima too right?? not just Ruqs
Na I think she knows that if she sets her mind to it, she can take her case and the slaves plight to Jalal. She has started trusting Jalal and does see him as a just Shehenshah too (which he is), she would have found a way to solve the problems but never at the expense of relationships 😊
Mannn I sound like a freaking character expert, sorrry 😆 but thats how I see their actions 😊

Well it seems we think in a completely different way, infact very much opposite I should say in this regard. So ok! I absolutely understand that we are seeing things from completely different perspectives and so we have very different opinions. But I'm happy to see that you are free enough to say it out here. 👍🏼 I respect it but unfortunately we are thinking in completely different ways. And its absolutely cool. So no need of sorry at all. You are being positive and I am being practical. So we both are at fault😆😉

Jodha as shown in the show is inherently a person who even though is always seen fighting for the right she is also someone who would never want to hurt someone to do that right.
As far as her going to Jalal and Salima requesting them to vote for Ruqs is concerned thats just her way of trying to make sure that their relationship with Ruqs is not ruined coz she knows Ruqs would be heart broken and get nuttier if these people were to openly support Jodha. She does not know that Jalal knows that it was Ruqs who did the Murti kaand, she does not know that Jalal has very less respect left for Ruqs and she does not know that the RuqLal relationship is in a very perilous place right now. She also does not know about the blowout that Ruqs and Salima had before the elections.
So her going and asking these 2 to vote for Ruqs is something that I respect.
Didn't she say something along the lines of "Sambandho ki dor bohot nazuk hoti hai shehenshah" to Jalal once, isnt she just standing by it???
Wasn't she also seen being practical by voting for herself when asked for her vote??? If she was in her mahaan devi mode without any worry for the slaves everyone knows she would have voted for Ruqs, thats how she is.
So practicality is all well and good but expecting the same from a person who is always seen making decisions with her heart would not be very logical now would it 😊

I LOVE your post.

I hated yesterday's episode for every reason Reemi has written here. Today I am going to read all positive posts and different views.

I especially like your pointing out Jodha has NO IDEA how Jalal Rukayya & Salima Rukayya relationship is at this point.

I LOVE JA IF for the reason that we get to read so many different views. Please read Diksha's long post on Skanda's thread (page 9-10 somewhere) cos I think you will love her post.

I did too. Sometimes we do look at everything negatively.

I felt the Taraju scene was negated by what happened at the election but Diksha has raised some wonderful points.

Reemi you also read Diksha's post, hope that will make you feel better like it did me.😃

the real winner its actually jodha only becos jallu and salima voted for jodha...but since she blackmail them with their relationship...they had to give their vote to ruku...both of them look so dejected while saying ruku's name...they give their verdicts out with a very heavy heart...

well personally i felt...relationships should not have been drag into the election...

as for BB...she is brainless...i have no expectations from her...jodha was a fool to help her out...she is truly going to make a mess in Akdha relationship along with her cheap husband...

Agreed, relationships should not be dragged in this election issue..but did you realise one thing..that whilst Jo went to jalal to ask him to vote for Ruks, she made his uljhan easier when he knew that Jo will now not mind if he votes for Ruks.. but it never would have been the other way round..that if he would have voted for Jodha..Ruks would have made everyones life miserable..especially Jalal's whatever Ruks has done was really bad but still he couldn't hu rt her as she was his bff and his first wife... So when Jo asked him to vote for Ruks ..it kind of relieved him ... He felt extremely grateful to Jo for understanding his situation and thus giving him asolution as well. ... Thats my opinion... ...

Well I never wanted to think negatively but that was what came from my heart. I am still not convinced but I'm trying to convince myself. I have read many views and definitely I'll read the one which you have suggested. I really want something very much positive to change my view. By the way where were you yesterday? I was expecting you to comment on my other post but you didn't. Seems you missed that. You have become so much regular in commenting on my posts that I actually start searching for your comments always. But anyways do have a look if you get time.

Reemi, with her act of voting for Jodha, Ruqs has put TE, Salima and HB on high alert and all 3 are in Jodha's corner - None of them will let Ruqs get away with anything. And all 3 are very intelligent and understand Ruqs inside out - so if Ruqs plans anything she will get caught out. And no this time it wont be a reprimand or anything it will be worse!!!
