Realistically, Ruqaiya Sultan Begum's Soul must be cursing JA CVs for degrading her character endlessly 😆

I used to feel bad for Ruqaiya as no one except Jalal is on good terms with her. She is not close to Hamida, Gulbadan and even Salima. But it takes two to quarrel and we cannot blame the Hamida gang for Ruqaiya's arrogance and her rude behaviour. Ruqaiya is equally responsible.

She is insecure, jealous and mean but she is the one who kicked Hoshiyar when he suggested to kill Jodha's baby (a virtual one 😛). Which means as long as Jalal is not upset and hurt with her actions everything she did was right according to her. But as Jalal said she has hurt him this time, today if she would have said sorry and asked for forgiveness then her character would have redeemed. Her character never had the grace a queen, a Royal Princess has, but an apology was expected and if in precap she would have shown a little guilt then even Jalal-Jodha wouldn't have hesitated to forgive her. She herself is making things difficult for her and as Jalal did not disclose the matter to anyone, not even to Jodha then she had a great chance of seeking forgiveness before Jalal left the room.

But it was not unexpected either. Right when jalal said that 'yeh zindagi sirf aapki hai' when jodha was fighting between life and death we could guess what was coming. This is only the beginning. They will make ruqs fall till jalal loses all his bachi kuchi respect and cuts her off completely.

Jalal asked Ruqaiya what she feared losing. Didn't it ever occur to him that it was himself? What kind of a friend husband and shahenshah of 10 years is he if he cannot understand her insecurities regarding him? It is he who has changed and caused her to change too.

Jalal claims to know even the moorthi maker. But he was ignorant of ben and now he doesn't have anyone follow shariffu. Even after knowing that shariffu received info in prison and conveyed to jodha he doesn't question how or how his prison is infiltered.

I so agree with you, i wonder what kind of friend Jalal was and what kind of emperor he is being shown. Jalal scolded Ruqs so much after knwing abt murti thing and said bachi kuchi izzat but did he evr explain to her as a FRIEND that she is going the wrong way and does not need to get insecure of Jodha. Earlier ppl accused Ruqaiya to just love her Audha bt now she gave it just to spend more time with Jalal.

In the beginning i watched JA for Rajat Tokas and it started with a bang. I so loved Jalal and Ruqaiya's friendship love that i wondered that if the friendship is potrayed so beautifully how great the love between Jodha Akbar will be shown but tottaly dissapointed the way their love story is going and now dislike Jalal's character bcos just to be fair with Jodha he is being unfair with others.

I wonder why they are ruining Ruqaiya and Jalal's potrayal.. Ruqaiya was so hurt after her planning to spend time with Jalal failed and all her preparations were ruined but Jalal paid no heed and did not even care to pacify her and make her feel better. Even in elections Jodha begum has to make him understand how Ruqaiya will feel. And basically now ppl have started loving to hate Ruqaiya so what more we can expect.

The show had such an awsome charm in the starting When they showed Jodha Jalal in Amer, Jalal's heroic Shehensha avatar and lovely Jalal Ruqs friendship and chemistry in harem. Now they just show Jodha mahan avatar which seems too much to be true.

Jodha had so much so called Ghrina for Jalal but it vanished suddenly even without much efforts from Jalal whereas Jalal's love is understandable considering Jodha is shown so good..

All the characters are somewhat ruined except MahaManga's as she is the one till now most consistent. Jodha is shown too too Mahan, Ruqaiya too negative and Jalal all free and lost..

I so want the starting charm back, if the director is changed he surely is doing bad job. Now Its just another typical Ekta Kapoor saga where heroine is like Archana and Purvi who are sacrificing devis and hero just supports heroine in what she do, i so wished Sagar Arts production had made Jodha Akbar, they wud have done better justice to the characters and show.
