This is what I did not enjoy, cos he still thinks of Ruk as pampered child who needs to be given lollypops
How she talked with SB today, just like everybody is seeing Ruk when will Jalal? truly he is the ONLY can who can handle her but he is just going to bring more probs for Jodha

Why didn't you like todays episode Divya?

I liked it basically because of Jalal's Tedapan. I love him in that role. I felt he has acted fabulously when he speaks to both Jodha and Ruq.

He used nice reverse psychology to Jodha because he knows her well. The moment something comes to her ability she will definitely prove them what she is. I loved his expressions in this scene.

And the reason he wants Jodha to handle it is because

As he said she is hunar ki khan so he is sure she can manage haram well

He is naaya Priya - so he wants justice to be done. When people are not happy with Ruq, so why not change? (Though I want Ruq to continue, so that she is busy with it and Jo-Jalal had time for themselves)

He knows, if he directly asks Jodha to handle it, she will give her bhashan that Ruq is doing from long, I don't want to take her rights, so on and so forth

And he knows she is good at heart and don't do anything wrong and will take care of everyone.

And ofcourse wants her to learn to be MUZ

But what I didn't understand was, why was he instigating Ruq. Its not that I didn't like it. But I didn't understand TE logic here

Hey Divi..today's epi was not that bad when it compares to ben's track...

Not much for the top 5 ... But thought I would try to keep the positivity going.

(1) Salima: I love how Salima stood up against Ruqs today, It was fantastic. I was noting yesterday that Ruks had lost her belief in love/heart based on her on life experience with Jalal. Loved it when Salima said that as she kept saying Jalal had no heart, she had hardened her own heart. 👏 I felt exactly the same yesterday ... Ruqs had lost her heart somewhere along the way and was clinging to the only thing she had, her audha.

Yeah...one thing is sure dear starting from maham then hamida n now every one told rukku only onething rukku will the one who is digging her own grave...she is cause for her downfall...yeah both jalal n rukku brought up with no dil ka funda..but jalal changed n realised that he is madly n love with jo..but rukku vahi ki vahi kadi hain... today rukku crossed all her limits..the way she spoke to salima...n was glad salima gave back...aaj tak salima ko itna gussa nahi dekhi...finally salima told her u il soon see ur end of ur audha n ur respect ...soon jalal n whole world will get to no about ur truth

(2) Continuing comfort level of Akdha: I love it when Jodha gives Jalal a head massage. It is one of the only typical husband - wife things they do though they do it a lot 😆

yeah... both were like typical husband n wife...dont no when they il take it ahead..kabi head massage to kabhi hand holding,eye locks dek dek ke bore hogayi hoon...thr train is worst than passenger sry sry should say its worst than tortoise walk yar...am fed up...

(3) Jalal pushing Jodha to stand up to be harem lead: You could see how Jalal was using his teda ways to push Jodha to be harem lead and his guess that from tomorrow she will be very busy shows that he knows she will win. I always like Jalal's tedapan so that is why it made the list. On one hand, I wondered why he would want Jodha to be busy with the harem instead of spending time with him 😉 But then perhaps he wants Jodha to learn how to assert her rights against Ruqs both as a begum as well as his wife- meaning asserting her rights over him as she is still uncomfortable doing so.

yeah.. He knows that jodha cant stand quiet when someone needs her help n he used that point coz he wants her to grow in her responsibilities n start taking more power n authority to help him rule by his side..coz he knows she il be one who is going to be MUZ n mallka e hindustan..to responsibilities to leni padti hain..aur jalal knows his jo..she always feel rukku is superior to her n she has more rights over jalal n on everything..n these are things holding jo not to come closer to jalal..now jalal has planned break all her barriers so that one day jo wil not only be his soulmate but also his queen..equal to him n his power...rasta to teda marg hain..par jalal knows even jo is tedi... if he asks her to accept n take responsibilites she il deny..thats y he is instigating her...n coming to rukku khud jalal ne dekha ki kaise jodha se behave kiya..jab jodha se hi uski behaviour aisi hai to dusron se kaisa hoga..so he wanted her to teach her a lesson...ise kehte hain ek teer se do nishana...

(4) The Ruqs-Jalal scene: I know a lot of people were upset about the hand-holding- here is a slightly different take as I thought about it for a while, As a friend, Jalal owed her a visit. He also wants to teach her a lesson through this experience, I hope. However, here is my take in the hand-holding: Ruqs held her hand up that her challenger (referring to Jodha) will not last 5 days ... He held her hand down to show that her challenge will be defeated. I think in some ways he is trying to see if she will wake up and smell the roses but she continues to be adamantly arrogant so Jalal wants her to learn from her fall this time.

he knows..wht rukku will do..she il do something which il make jo angry n i feel that tmw salima il share how rukku behaved rudely with her this il make jo to accept harem responsibilities...
yeah..when she challenged him he smartly held her hand down indicating not to challenge me..u il lose coz my plans are diff..after all u all are my mohras n its my game... but foolish rukku still not realising it but its high time for her to wake up n smell the coffee...but now i think its too late for her to realise..coz she almost lost everything..not even audha,khas begum n jalal ...jalal is using everyone as his mohras to break jodha' s barriers so that she cud surrender herself to him completely as his soulmate ,wife n a queen..but again jalal is wrong here..coz we all knew jodha ill be the winner... this il make rukku hurt jo badly may be she il be the root cause for major n maha MU..but at the end jalal will put an end to rukku n her audha...

(5) Yeah, we are finally going to get a Maha-episode tomorrow ... Though I hate the topic, ME are always the most dramatic topics and the TRP driving audiences love drama. Loved Salima's smile when Jodha said she is willing to stand for the harem lead position in the precap. I wish Salima had stood for the position.

Yeah..salima was very happy when jo said she il take harem's responsibilities...but dear did u notice today when jalal said ek taraf bach pan ki dost ..he was looking at rukku..ek taraf mohabbat..he was looking at jodha..even maham noticed this...when rukku said childhood marriage is imp n wen jo said love without marriage is like hell..he was caught between them but how smartly he came up n told chilhood marriage is not gonna happen n that guy can marry any one as per his wish n gave a months time to think... smart jallu...when jo immediately opposed n the meeting that she is not capable to handle did u notice jallu was sad like kab tak yeh keh kar sab se dur rahogi..humse aur har cheez jo humse jhudti hain..to he wantedly gave them a day's time so that he cud get time to prepare jo to accept the challenge...jodha ko lalkarna hai bus kamal kar deti hain..

today jalal was giving indications like jodha begum aap harem nahi sambhal sakti...rukkaiah begum saalo se sambhalti aayi ...i no u are eligible but i no wont be able to...indirecly telling though rukku was taking care of harem for many years but u cant ... n turn told her same way am also here with rukku for years still you are not accepting me n taking care of me...u cant...his first step is to make her accept n take responsibilities both as his queen n as his wife..tab hi to MUZ banpayegi...teda hain..aaj clearly shows that he is jodha's jallu..par dont understand kabhi majnu jesa lagta hain..love puppy ki tarah ..kabi teda..lagata hain kya ye such main pyar karta hai jo se... he is craving for her love n want her to accept him..but she is not doing it so he is using it teda rasta without knowing that this teda route il make rukku hurt jo n inturn it will hurt him...but i dont think they will show sujmal meeting jo next week..coz next week is gonna be harem's scenes...as per spoilers jo is going to abolish slavery n harem..this will make jalal go more mad n love her deeply n he il implement the same thing n his sultanate too...

With that, I am going to sign off with my top 5. What did you guys think of the episode- you can use this post for venting, don't worry!

A food for thought question for you all: What else could Jalal have told Ruqs other than what he said?

- He can't say you will lose to Jodha

- He can't say you will win ...

- Instead, he said you have stiff competition from Jodha- beware.

Lets look at Jodha - She came to Agra with hatred and refused to be a part of Agra initially. Slowly she realised that she had clubbed all to be bad. Yet she kept aloof. Also she had always referred to Ruqs as TE's wife - never thought of herself as his wife (this is very different from thinking of him as her husband).

Though Jodha changed her belief about the Mughals and TE, she still did not think of herself as his wife, for her only Ruqs has that position - perhaps this may be why 'The Night' resulted in the 'Shove' and the next morning he was accused of SKLL - for her it perhaps was and she closed herself to his words - I can now see the line of events and somewhere TE also has realised it - which is why he stopped referring to the 'Dhakka' - The Khema incident gave him proof of Jodha's convoluted thinking!!!

So though Jodha has changed her mind about all at Agra she is still on the kinara testing the waters - Jab tak paani mei koodegi nahin she will never belong - always remain the outsider - She has given advice to TE that he has to be a part of his ppl to be their Emperor but Apne uper yeh advice Madam Jodha ne apply nahin kiya - TE is just making her do this - He is pushing her into the water so that she can start swimming (The best way to make the reluctant swim)

As long as Jodha does not look on herself as TE's wife and take her place as such she will always keep him at arms length - Toh pehle TE has to get Jodha to realise that she is as much his wife and has rights on him as does Ruqs - tab kahin jaake woh TE ko uske haq degi (tab tak yeh durr durr ka romance jhelna hi padega)

Coming to Ruqs - She too needs to realise that in a polygamous situation she cannot claim sole rights as wife. And this is where the problem lies - she has managed to make all the others to feel like they are interlopers and the third wheel when infact she shd have made them all feel equal as TE's wives. TE is just making her realise that just as she has her rights on him so do the other wives and just as he needs to give them those rights so too do they need to claim it - Kisi ko right dene se sab khatam nahin ho jaata they also need to claim their right and its only when we claim our right will we do our duty with happiness in our heart - warna duty becomes a burden.

So the lesson for Ruqs is that she cannot claim sole rights as wife - sharing is mandatory - and its this reason why Ruqs has become what she has - and this lesson in humility is very much needed - and TE does realise that Ruqs can become vicious which is why I do feel that for all that it seemed he was stoking Ruqs making her anti-Jodha he will make sure Jodha has his protection from all of Ruqs viciousness.

Regarding hand hold scene, I didnt feel anything coz it was not romantic at all nor it was done for romance purpose..but to show Ruqu her place..that's what I felt at least..Jalal had that arrogance In his voice and confidence in Jodha..He is sure Jodha will win in the election..and she will gracefully hand over the responsibilities to Ruqu too the next moment...Jalal also knows this..what he actually wants we will get to know next week..but one thing I am sure of is Jalal wants Jodha to win😳

Loved Salima today...she told some brutal truth to Ruqu on her face..kudos!👏

Ruqu has completely lost it🤢

P.S. loved Jalal's "kalse aapko bahut kaam karne hai Jodha Begum"😳
