But it does happen that when someone you love dies a part of you dies as well. Their absence damages a part of you irreparably. That is the essence of those words.As far as insults are concerned public and private insults wound the other person. Certainly the public ones hurt you more but certain humiliations however private eat you up from withinBut we have had enough of both from both of them to each other. They have both shared enough experience and emotional extremes wrt to each other that it is time to move on. These experiences ought to cement their bond and trust respect and genuine care should rule their feelings to each other. The third was always there. But the first 2 have been the casualty of these experiences which is what they should aim to achieve.
