in the movie aish goes to amer..cannot exactly remember why..and then hrithik goes to get her back..she refuses to go and tells him..mera dil jeet ke dikhao..and then he makes a new law regarding eliminating the pilgrimage tax on non muslims..and that is how he wins whole praja's love and that is when she comes back..i think!..but before that adham's death and maham's death also has to happen...

soon after adhams death maham plays card and that time HB wont be in palace when Jodha leaves for amer...than Akbar will reach amer and convinces her to come back but she rejects, later she will feel for hubby and apne aap comes back to agra the day when he gets akbars title...later after few days he confesses that he loves her, and she allows him to hold her hand and SR hoga...
