Jalal simply ventilated his long felt anger towards that push. He did not say anything else. In the episode he just said he will never enter her hojra even if she is dying. It meant not against her will. If Jodha wishes he will enter. Also this is foreboding of Jodha saving Jalal's life by risking her own.
