well on the upper lines it say '' Speech from the Imam(a name written but cuted half can't read) Zilhaj( its a Islamic month)
the line below says '' The day after / or tomorrow perfusion of again the words not complete

thats all dear which i get from this pic nothing more written nor jalal or jodha names mention
but if compare with previous paintings it seems its painting of
Shenshsa Akbar & Begum Jodha
