Hellow Everyone! Nancy is here with an SS on Current Naagin aka Benazir's track!
Before you proceed for the OS, I would like you all to know 2 things that I strongly feel I should mention :
1. This track of Benazir one is by far the first track in JA, that has led to immensely increasing activity in forum. Not even the Fake pregnancy one had this much activity (Sorry If I am wrong)😳
I am not relating the falling of PariJat's rank with this. But this is what I have noticed. Forum pages have increased manifold since the advent of this track.
So, We should somewhere thank this track..lol..😆😉Anyways, The second point I wanna say is,
2. The writers have brilliantly taken upon this track! Again, This is by far the first track which has got so many OSs going on on itself!
Many writers have written beautiful pieces on this track and Also, The other Forumwaasis have supported the stories hugely and nicely.😃😃👏👏😳

So, Here I start with My work on this track! I hope I wont disppoint!
Points on which my OS is based :
1. The whole of these parts - Tansen Singing, Jalal going gaga and then going to Jo's room is same.
2. Jodha's rejection to him is also the same as in the show.
3. The anger of Jalal after rejection is same.
4. Jodha's confusion upon his such behaviour is also same.
5. But Jalal going to Maham and tearing away the letter is NOT same. In my OS, the letter is intact and safe (lol, you will know why)
6. Rest everything, Jalal insulting Jodha in function, refusing to talk to her, harshly talking to her, giving Benazir importance in front of Jodha, entitling Benazir as Kohinoor, everything is same as in the show.
The insults, accusations and allegations had affected her terribly. It was not Benazir she was getting irritated with. It was His closeness to her,
his attraction to her, his spending more time with her that affected this Begum immensely. Accept it or not, But She was definitely affected.
Her insult had started right from Jalal shouting at her and ordering her to seek permission before she came in his chamber.
That was something which had never happened before, not even when they merely knew each other, but now they knew each other well.
That shouting itself had started taking over her mind. As if the rude behaviour in the chamber was not enough, He had very mockingly insulted her, by
first giving an indication that She was to come and sit beside him in the function and when this innocent queen had got up to go, She was stopped brutally.
She was poorly shut up by him when he called the special Nazrana, Benazir to sit beside him. Jodha still had tried to overcome her emerging tears..
But Jodha's heart had literally skipped a beat when She was asked by Shahenshah to leave the function immediately, the reason being He doesnt want her presence in the function.
That was beyond bitter rudeness. How could he? She had thought. Even Hameeda and other ladies were shocked with this behaviour of Jalal's.
Jodha quickly made out her way from the Hall, for the tears from her eyes were taking over her power to suppress them anymore.
As fast as she moved towards her chamber, her tears flowed with double the pace of hers. She was literally broken by this insult.
If he had any problem with me, Why did not he resolve in privacy? Getting insulted in public and that too, without any fault was something she could not stand.
But this time, The insult was not only unbearable but also painful. In previous times, She would expect insults and she would retort back equally.
But now, Something was different. Both of them had started a friendship and insulting like this was something not done, not expected!
The events did not stop here. Jalal continued to behave rudely withJodha. He would ignore her bluntly and leave her all torn.
One morning he had asked Benazir to wear Jodha's clothes and practice sword-fight with him. This did not go unnoticed by Jodha.
Again she was poked terribly by Jalal. But then, She had decided not to react to such behaviour of his. But then It again DID affect her.
Where on one hand, Jodha could not digest Jalal's increasing intimacy with Benazir and also, got emotionally hurt because of Jalal's
behaviour towards herself, on the other hand, Jalal enjoyed the sight of Jodha's jealousy. He could make out clearly that Jodha was indeed Jealous.
He knew he had been brutally rude with her, his deep burried heart had somewhere tried to stop him, but his full-fledged ego wouldn't obey.
His ego had made him do such things and that, also made him more determined to take his full revenge and vengeance, until he made Jodha
realise what she had done by rejecting him after her own invitation.

The whole week after THAT night had been full of such events where Jalal would insult rather jalaofy her by getting closer to Benazir,
Jodha would take everything very emotionally and her heart would burn with some unknown feeling.
It was all a game for Jalal to play with emotions of Jodha, not realising that his actions hurt her so much.
But Jodha was shattered to core and She was not left with even a trace of happiness. Her innerself had started to give up terribly.
Her tolerance, her fierceness, her objection skill..all had started vanishing..Jodha felt so broken..
She would sob sulkily whole day and night..And would sleep peacelessly..
It was morning time. Moti entered Jodha's room and saw her sleeping on the ground..It was chilly winter
but she was without any blanket. Moti was saddened upon this view but it was not surprising. Try as she might
to persuade Jodha to take care of herself, Jodha wouldn't budge. Moti saw the pale and weak condition of Jodha.
She went near her and tried to wake her up.
Moti - Jodha! (in a low caring tone)
Jodha's eyes moved slowly. She muttered in her sleep - Kyon Shahenshah? Kyon aapne humare saath
itna katuvyavahar kiya? Humnein aisa kya kar diya ki aapne humari itni be-izzati ki..
Jodha's voice trembled and choked in her sleep. Moti couldn't tolerate her condition.
She said loudly - Jodha!! Uth jao! Prabhat ho gayi hai..
Suddenly Jodha woke up..all her eyes a bit misted with tears..
Jodha - Moti tum?
Moti said with a stern tone now - Jodha tum kab tak ye sab karti rahogi? Kyon apne aap ko bina baat ki
saza de rahi ho..Shahenshah chahe kuch bhi karein..Par tumhe apne saath itna katu vyavahar nahi karna chahiye,..
Haalat dekhi hai apni..Ek hafte mein tumhara muh poora utar sa gaya hai..Hum tumhe kitni baar
samjhayenge ki ab ye sab karna band karo.. Apne aap ko itni takleef mat pahuchao..Kanha par bharosa
rakho..Sab thik ho Jayega..
Jodha was now fully awake..She was listening to her..
Jodha said in a all lost tone - Lekin Moti..Hum to apne saath kuch nahi kar rahe..Hum to aam jeevan hi jee rahe hain..
Tumhe kisne kaha ki hum khudko takleef de rahe hain..Hum to khush hain apne jeevan se..
Moti - Ab bas karo Jodha! Bahut Hua! Tum vo Jodha nahi ho jo humari sakhi thi.. Tum vo nahi ho jo anyay ke khilaf rone ke bajaye
puri veerta se datkar saamna karti thi..Tum vo nahi ho jo apna dukh humare saath batati thi..Tum ab ek nayi Jodha ban gayi ho..
Jo akele hi akele..andar hi andar..Vilap kar rahi hai.. Tut ti jaa rahi hai humari sakhi..lekin phir bhi humein khush dekhne ke liye
humare saamne jhuti hasi hasti hai..Jodha tumhe kya ho gaya hai..
A tear rolled down Jodha's eyes.. Jodha - To hum kya karein moti.. Shahenshah ne humare saath itna kutil vyavahar kiya..
Hum par jhuthe aarop lagaye ki humne unhe apne paas bulaya..phir jab humnein inkar kar diya to humse ruth gaye..Humein
itna dukh pahuchaya ki vo tum bhi jaanti ho.. Ab pichle ek hafte se Benazir ke saath milkar humein pareshan karne ki koshish kar rahe hain..
Moti - Jodha tumhe kyon Shahenshah aur Benazir ki nazdikiyon se dikkat hai?
Jodha was speechless for a moment. Why at all she did not like their increasing attraction to each other..
In the whole week, She had somewhere concluded, after much much difficulty, that indeed, she was getting jealous.
She did not like Benazir so close to him.
But, Jalal's behaviour to her had not left her in a condition to go and clarify points with him, the impact had been so deep.
Jodha in a low tone - Tum jao Moti, Humein bahut saare kaam hain...
** Jalal's Chamber **
Jalal had burned equally as Jodha, but he had different reason. He burned in the anger that he had for her after her rejection to him.
"I never forced myself onto her, and that I accepted her condition of not consummating our marriage unless She approved it, then WHY?
Why did she do this? Why did she make me do all these? Why?" He gain roared with anger.
He very well knew he had hurt Jodha to peaks in the whole week, but he was not satisfied. He had not got a a proper reaction, Jodha had controlled herself with much difficulty.
He wanted to see her cry and wail for her action in front of his eyes. He wanted her to realise her mistake that she had not only done to her husband, but also the Shahenshah of Hindustan.
He had not even a pinch of interest in Benazir but then He had very well used to her to trouble Jodha to extremes.
He smirked and thought - Its not yet over Jodha Begum! Its not yet over!
His mind cooked up a sudden plan and he called for Maham Anga.
As She arrived, He said - Badi Ammi, Sab Harem ki auraton ko ye paigam bheja jaaye ki aaj raat ko meena-bazaar lagega..
Maham (all surprised) - But How Jalal! How will they prepare for it in such a short span of time..
Jalal (in a stern tone ) - Meena Bazaar has to take place! Its my order!One more thing, this time there is a change.
I'll just buy the stuff from ONE begum and She would be the winner! So tell them, to be prepared with the best they can do.
Maham understood within a second of what he was upto. She smirked within.
Jalal declared that The winner Begum would get the Kohinoor Diamond and title.
Maham bowed down her head in agreement and took leave. She was more than excited for what was going to happen.
** Jodha's chamber **
Jodha was not ready to take part in this Bazaar but then Hameeda was able to convince her to take part, for it was not only a ritual from ages,
But also that, She personally favoured Jodha and expected her presence.
Jodha agreed and shared an emotional hug with Hameeda. Hameeda understood her condition well and She was equally angry with Jalal.
She comforted Jodha by saying everything would be fine soon.
**Night - Meena Bazaar **
Every lady of Harem had brought in something unique and tried to impress the Shahenshah with it, but Jalal had other plans.
He knew what he was upto and that He would again make HER realise what she had done.
Every lady presented her stuff in front of him. They stood in a line according to their ranks.
Jalal went through Ruqaiya's and Salima's gift and appreciated them.
Then he turned to Jodha with all rude facial expressions and asked without much interest what she has to sell.
Jodha with much calm said that She has nothing to sell but She would like to gift him something.
As Jodha turned to Moti to gift him something, Jalal moved forward to Benazir to see her stuff.
This left Jodha Flabbergasted. That was height. That was indeed HEIGHT of Insult.
For a moment, SHe couldn't believe that he actually had ignored her once again.
Tears would come out any moment but She controlled herself.
Benazir presented to Jalal a portrait of his and Jalal without much waiting, praised her to heights and gave her the Kohinoor Diamond and the title.
All the ladies were surprised and shocked with not only the decision but also how Jalal had treated his Begum.
But ofcourse He was the Shahenshah and they had to suffice with his decisions.
Mariam Makani Hameeda Bano was highly enraged with Jalal's behaviour and she immediately ordered that She would like to see what Jodha Begum had come up with.
Jodha came forward and showed a little Paalna explaining how She dearly wished of Shahenshah and that he gets his waaris soon.
Hameeda was moved and touched by her gift. She gifted her the ancestral necklace in front of all.
But Ruqaiya, Maham and Jalal were shocked by Jodha's gift.
Finally the Bazaar was over and everyone went to their chambers..
** Palace **
Jodha had enough of insults. He had crossed the limits. She could not bear it anymore. Her eyes were already swollen due to crying.
She could not get, what went wrong in the past that He's doing all this to her. But whatever it was, She had to take some immediate step now.
She could not stand anymore of her insults..
On the other hand, Maham instigated Ruqaiya, Benazir and Jalal against Jodha and how her gift was a question on Jalal's mardangi.
She was succesful in enraging Jalal. But Ruqaiya had shut her up saying to mind her own business. This time, Ruqaiya was not going to get involve in Maham's foul tactics.
**Morning time **
Jalal was in his chamber still lost in the thoughts of his rejection and what all he had done till now to her.
He felt victorious of how he was able to trouble her but some voice inside him did try to stop him.
He took the letter that Jodha had written to him, in his hand.
He looked at it with ablazing eyes. Though he could not read it, he knew She had played a dirty game with him. And the proof was in his hands.
Suddenly Ruqaiya entered his room, came near him and sat beside him.
She smiled and kept her hand on his shoulder.
Ruqaiya - Jalal ! Hum pichle ek hafte se dekh rahe hain ki aap najane kahan khoye huye hain? Hum jaante hain aap pareshan hain..
Aap humein nahin batayenge ki baat kya hai? (Her tone was soft and emotional)
Jalal (looking at the letter) - Ye hai humari pareshani Ruqaiya..
Ruqaiya looked at the letter and tried to take it, but Jalal stopped her.
Jalal came out of his thoughts and said - Its nothing Ruqaiya ..leave it..So tell me, How are you here?
Ruqaiya was determined that She'll help him come out of his worries. She took the letter and started reading it within her mind.
Jalal gave up and waited for her reaction.
Ruqaiya smiled and said - Isme kya pareshani hai Jalal?
Jalal with a shock - Tum nahi jaanti ho ki ye likhne ke baad Jodha begum ne humare saath kya kiya hai?
His eyes frowned.
Jalal narrated the whole incident that had taken place that night.
Ruqaiya was SHOCKED to her core.
What Jalal had said was totally a misinterpretation of his. She told Jalal - Lekin Jalal! Is patra mei to Jodha begum ne aisa kuch nahi likha hai ke vo aapko apne paas bulana chahti hain..
ya aapse prem karti hain..Unhone to keval aapko shukriya kaha hai Tasneem wale muamle ke liye..
Those words Left Jalal dumbstruck...
Precap - Jalal goes to Jodha's room but SHe's nowhere to be found.
