Actually for once the CVs have remained consistent with Jodha's character, if she had returned Jalal's passion then viewer's would have said she gave in, in the heat of the moment, What happened to her promise to give herself only to her soul mate? Repeatedly CVs have shown Jodha trying to understand what 'Prem' is, so far she has seen people behaving abnormally in prem...Bakshi bano, Ruqu, Adham? So Jodha was compassionate towards Jalal tonight but stood her ground regarding her values, still pre-mature for her to completely take up a wife's role in the worldly way. This is where CVs are also consistent in showing her as the proud Rajvanshi princess, she is not one of the harem begums who will do anything for one night with Jalal...she is honest to herself that is why she openly declares that she is not in love with Jalal. When HB told her to drop all her differences with Jalal, Jodha said I will try my best. So Jodha respects Jalal right now but she is not in love with him yet...not yet is the key word, so as and when she truly falls in love with him then she will honestly carryout the husband wife relationship. Her being a proud Rajput princess is portrayed very well in the story.

Everyone is lashing out at Jodha... i feel for both of them... but no one is accusing the real culprit behind this... it's not fair...

I cried with Jalaal. You are right his flight of imagination came crashing down. His pride, self-respect were crushed to piece.. In a way am happy he was angry and the not grieving.

RT-PS were again at theirs best, can we make a request to the creative to present Jodha in this fashion a bit more? SANS all those heavy jewellery and attire...She looked refreshingly divine.

I think currently there is a disparity in the readiness Jalal has for Jodha and that Jodha has for Jalal. he is ready for a deeper and more physical relationship with her, and no matter what he calls it, it does look like love. She is mentally empathetic and very attuned to his needs and personality now, and no longer angry but still has a small bridge to cross before she is a ready as him. So if Benazir-jealousy helps her cross that bridge of jealousy and recognise how much she too wants Jalal, it will be a blessing!
