Ruq & Jodha both gave Jalal the same gift - a new attire. Rug's one is very expensive & shining like gold...it will protect Jalal & increase his "Shaan"...Jodha gave him plain simple clothes but due to this he got "Dua" from all the common people of Agra which will also work as a shield for him...both the gifts are similar but the basic difference between the two is one shows splendor & the other shows simplicity & genuineness...CVs have used amazing symbolism...they truely deserve...👏

how can a cloth protect u...what was it made of?

jodha and jalal were again color co-ordinated.

Actually without that glittering dress jalal would remain same king to his praja that he is to them always.. but without coming in praja's heart n getting their dua, jalal wouldn't ever become Akbar the great..to me that precious dress has no standard before that ordinary dress.
