infact jalal said abt jodha and himself staying together that night just to show that she may have all his information, but the ball is always in his court. which rukku couldnt digest

she constantly tries to prove that she has upper hand over shahenshah and any other person in the harem. that's where she is loosing.

would like to quote what MA said while akbar recovered that she will be mallika-i-begum, but never a wife of a husband.

Two things stood out ...

The dignity, class, royal breeding of Queen Jodha !!.👏 In her words to Ruqaiyya, to Jalal, to the elder women , to Moti Bai...this is what differentiates class from crass !

I have seen many expressions of Jalal so far but the one he had while listening to Kaanha archana is best left indescribable !

And Rahim ...🤗 ❤️ Awww...He is ChhotiAmmi Jaan's Aziz !

20. I loved the LAYERING of Jodha's character today. A defiant proud and arrogant Rajputani with Ruqqu, an independent and fearless wife in front of Jalaal who internally believes she is his equal and can put forth her point without sounding stupid, a loving and pampering wife who gives in to her husband's child-like wish and without any bitterness, and finally, a life partner who is willing to forego her happiness so that her life partner stays safe... Kahaa tha na? Kindness moves mountains. Toh phir Jodha kya cheez hai?

There are 20 reasons i LOVED today's episode and 1 reason i hated today's episode. And since duniya ishq aur mohabbat ke zor par hi kaayam hai, lets list out the 20 shades of JJ that i loved FIRST and 1 shade of JJ that i hated LATER.

20 reasons of Mohabbat.

1. Jalaal didn't take Jodha's refusal to come and play with him in the 'play room' on his ego and his Baadshaahat. He was upset but he heard her out with a patient ear.

Am glad he didn't take her word and Judge her but instead came to check why.

2. For a change, Jodha's reason to refuse seeing Jalaal in the middle of the night was not not her arrogance and regal pride as she showed Jalaal. She did it for Ruqqaiya Sultan , so that Jalaal goes to her and she doesn't come between the king and his queen consort.

And we got a better scene...A solo for the hubby...

3. Jalaal categorically told Jodha that hers and Ruqqaiya's paths cannot trespass each-other. Jodha is Jodha and Ruqqu is Ruqqu. He showed respect and possession for his childhood relationship. Ruqqu moronskimallika hi sahee lekin Jalaal ko apni zindagi mein uski jagah maalum hai.

Jalaal scored a lot of brownie points for this..

4. Jodha raising a very valid point that if a wife is supposed to appear in front of her husband at the first bell anytime 24x7 , then, how is it different from accosting a 'baandee' . Waajib baat hai. Beghum ki apnee marzee bhi ho sakti hai. Or else as Jodha said - "Phir beghum aur ek daasi mein farak kya hai?"

And did u notice our man was lost for words...

5. Jodha's child-like innocence when she tells Jalaal that he can punish her for refuting his orders , and her innocent faith that he won't ask for anything that is not in her 'to-do-list' yet. Until Jalaal played mischief , Jodha didn't deem it necessary to warn him against doing any chhicchorapanti in the name of punishing her.

For 2 micro seconds my imagination grew wild regarding what the punishment could be... 😆😆

6. Jodha's well-thought , unbiased and genuine analysis of Jalaal's judgment in the court over telling clergy to mind their own business. She even pointed out Jalaal's grey areas of " hum aapko zindaa jalaa denge" very affectionately. And she does have a point. Jalaal ko jab junoon chadhta hai, use kisi ki baat na sunaayi deti hai aur na dikhaayi deti hai. Hameeda and gang could see a future influential queen in Jodha's judgment.

Yes . She laid it down very well.

7. Jalaal's innocent demand wrapped in the cheese slice of punishment was adorable. He just wanted to hear Jodha sing. And the tenderness and peace on Jalaal's face was enough to compete with a lighthouse.

That scene was as sweet as it could be...

8. The choice of Jodha's song - her bhajan for Lord Krishna. Spirituality connects JJ at a lot of points and they both are the children of God and they believe so. Hence, the piety on Jodha's face and the softness on her face contours as she sang for Jalaal. And hence, the peace on Jalaal's face as he was taken in by the purity of his wife.

Truly a spectacular scene. Unexpected treat.

9. Jalaal's 'Baadhshaahat' taking a backseat, 'Jalaal' taking a backseat and the voice of the soulmate rising and telling Jodha that she is not just his 'beghum', she has all the makings of a 'queen'. And no, he was not just talking about 'suron ki mallika' as he said later. It was Jodha's soulmate talking who had become connected to Jodha when her voice touched him.

10. Jalaal leaving Jodha's khwabgaah immediately after Jodha stopped singing. There was something about it and its open to interpretation.

He kept his word... Yet again...

11. Jodha behaving like 'Veronica Lodge' and expecting that Jalaal had come to see her early morning. There was no bitter arrogance - it was just naaz -nakhre aur thodee si adaa. Adaa jo naaraaz ho gayee jab Jalaal ne madam ko attitude dekar bola ki aapko ghoorne ke siwaa aur bhi kaam hai hamaari zindagi mein.

12. Jalaal taking a flirt-ish dig on Jodha by once again equating Jodha with his own dagger that was left in her chambers.

😆😆😆😆I loved...I like all the nice stuff but would love glimses of this Jalaal then and there...

13. Jalaal and Jodha offering to teach 'Aayatein' and 'Shlokas' to each-other , with their vintage attitude, amused arrogance and 'guroor'.

14. Jodha taking out Jalaal's anger on a poor baandee. She was irritated that Jalaal didn't give her 'Amer ka Daffodil' treatment like last night , upar se ussko khanjar bulaaya, 10-12 taane maare aur chalaa gayaa. Poor Jodha. Kya kare bechaari. Abb use Jalaal par theek se gussa karnaa bhi nahin aata. Wait till Jalal does another round of 'zinda jalaa denge'. Chudail Jodha will be back with a bang.

Noticed that... She was irritated for sure..

15. Jodha , totally shocking you by confessing to Motibai that she doesn't want to celebrate her birthday. Why? Simply because she wants to stay in the shades as the Hindu Mallika , so that Jalaal doesn't face the abhorrence and hatred of the fundamentalists. Once again, after a regular interval, Jodha chooses Jalaal over herself. Last time , it was her family and Sukanya whom she pushed into the shades so that Jalaal stays illuminated. And today, she pours water on her own birthday , wanting it to pass as just another day , so that Jalaal stays safe from the claws of the clergy.

16. Raheem telling Jalaal that Jalaal is not Jodha's 'Azeez'.

17. Raheem. Raheem. Raheem. My little marmalade jar jisko main kabhi bread pe lagaake nahin khaaoongi.

18. Jodha proving it within two scenes that just why inspite of all her rebel blood, she will always be a cut above the rest. Her dignity and honour while tackling Ruqqu, her understanding stand on Ruqqu's insecure state , and Jodha not minding Jalaal's ire if it takes him to Ruqqu. Jodha ek acchi mallika bane ya na bane, lekin wo ek acchi insaan zaroor hai.

Maturity, good heart and wisdom...We got to see abundance of that in Jodha today

19. The saas gang pampering Jodha. They have given respect and honour to all wives of Jalaal , but what they feel for Jodha is genuine love and affection. Reason being , Jalaal ke saath jitni marzee chudailgiree kare, saas gang ki wo hamesha beti banee. Besides, buzurg log to waise hi soorat aur seerat , donno ko ek nazar mein samajh jaate hainn.

Hamida will surely will the MIL of the era award😆😆😆😆

😊Yes! It was actually a Jodha centric episode.

1 Reason for Kadoorat.

1. Jalaal and Jodha's mind and verbal jalebis with Ruqqu. Jalaal , out of habit and Jodha out of tactless but triggered compulsion - they both are creating a monster in Ruqqaiya. I agree that Jodha was just defending Jalaal and her own honour , but the way it was conveyed to Ruqqaiya - it was a slap on her face. When you know somebody is beyond repair , steer clear out of their way. Jodha was grey with Ruqqaiya today , just like Jalaal.Ye aur baat hai ki Jodha ko baad mein Ruqqu ke liyye buraa lagaa... but at that moment of firearm exchange, Jodha looked like Jalaal's female version - playing with Ruqqu's mind and enjoying it. Admit it.

Hmm..True...Unconciously and unintentionally them both are fueling Ruqqu's fury, something that they are going to pay for very soon.
