@sun & mansi, i agree about the harem situation. but even rajputs also have many queens & maids. conspiracies & murders were also part of their mahals as well. people like bharmal, bhagwan das & even maan singh had several wives. remember when mainavati heard about ruku's pregnancy she got worried. so i feel jodha should have seen sum part of this life, if not the entire part.

I thought it meant that she comes from a wealthy family with lots of land and property and all which becomes the Shahi property after she becomes part of harem. So those with wealth, lands etc may be more prized women as they contributed more to the Shahi financial power in addition to being "harem-ly" valuable?
