i think she might get ready to accept islam, but jalal will definitely stay true to his word and stand up to the ulema so she doesnt have to convert.

If they are going to show jodha getting converted to Islam then i will quit the show

There is no historical mention that she was allowed to retain Hinduism, maybe looking at her palace and the tulsi vrindavan , it is possible that in spite of being converted she was given the freedom to worship Hindu gods.

I have read that akbar forced the religious leaders to take a prolonged trip to Mecca, he explored all the religions including Jainism and Christianity.i do not think he will bow to these leaders for much longer.

Let's see if the serial show her taking Islam which I guess would be historically correct.

She was buried but the person doing her last rites was her son. He was not Hindu and probably followed what he believed was right, she was gone so it wouldn't matter to her if she was buried or cremated at that point.

It could also be right that she was forcibly converted but continued to follow her own religion. I know a couple where the guy is Muslim, the girl Hindu, they both kind of "converted", he was given a Hindu name by her parents, she was given an Islamic name, they had a Hindu wedding and a nikkah. He continues to be a devout Muslim, she a devout Hindu. They have two beautiful sons. So what the other member wrote is true, religion is from the heart and cannot be forced.
