I was terribly disappointed when Jalal just decided to give away the fort without a thought...but had a huge smile on my face seeing that wasn't the case,I love him in his Shehenshah mode...though I would have still preferred it if he had taken a middle way..but still I love this side of him a more! He was THE EMPEROR today and Im proud of him!

I think later on in the show he's going to be taking a lot of middle ground..so we shall enjoy this while it lasts...also, he still thinks he's being cheated by the dawalgarhs..so this vindictive stance..had he known he'd never have planned something like this..

Jo knows he is not someone who will give away easily what he had blankly refused to give a day back! Hence the suspicious glance even after he had answered her question..

Every one would start demanding such forts and what not from Shahensha in name of promise from his officials. I can't see any emperor in history would give in to unjustified demands. He took the path of trickery if you call it to maintain the happiness and peace in the family and yet be on top of politics.

Yes...if it works, well and good for the guy...if it doesn't a lesson or two shall be learnt - the hard way! I'm waiting to see if the CVs let Jalal know of Shareef's ploy...and obviously Jo is going to be fuming when she learns of this chaal...but then, she also needs to realize she's married to a shrewd Emperor who's empire comes first and everything else later...Jalal is not like her father/brothers...once she learns that she'll learn to tackle sasural/husband issues better 😆

And Jodha too used guile to get in to the good books of Jalal and the family.

MA- I hate her..but I love to hate her...Ashwini and Ekta have given me a great antagonist who acts well with lovely dialogues...I like antagonists who have substance..what pleasure is it to watch drunk AK and aimless Shareef, if not😕

Ermmm minoo abt Jo's shrewdness...I don't know yaar...you're blinded by her love somewhat😆..she's pure, straightforward, brave, honest and beautiful -I'd give her that..but, not shrewd...apart from a few remarks against MA, Ruqs and that temple episode, there are many instances she's proved to NOT be so shrewd - 😆 removing the barood in the middle of the jungle for instance, making tall claims that she wouldn't approach Shehenshah without proof and then strutting up to him very next second without proof etc etc...

In an effort to show her inexperienced in the wicked ways of the world, they have made her appear really silly sometimes...in an effort to show her rebellious, they have made her appear very very rude too..

Hope we get no more of such scenes though!😵
