this is a love story...why are they showing more of Jalal's politics...if they wanted to show only politics they would have kept the name as Akbar...there was no need to name it Jodha-Akbar

viewers are expecting a pure relatiuonship between the two not a political or love game

Lashy beautifully worded! Exactly my sentiments you reiterated. I said the same thing.

I would have been surprised if Jalal genuinely gifted the fort without a thought! That would be ridiculous!

Every one would start demanding such forts and what not from Shahensha in name of promise from his officials. I can't see any emperor in history would give in to unjustified demands. He took the path of trickery if you call it to maintain the happiness and peace in the family and yet be on top of politics.

And Jodha too used guile to get in to the good books of Jalal and the family.

Perfectly done, both of them will realize that they are perfect for each other.

Lash... even I liked the episode... Well almost... All of them got down and dirty except the resident Amerians, who have no clue what's going on unders their big fat noses!

Jodha's naatak was funny. But I was expecting a deeper motive from her! To finally form a husband wife team ... alas, it was not. But she has learnt a lesson in shrewdness. I was sick of posts calling her brainless, when in fact I find her quite smart. She lacked diplomacy earlier, not any more(no prizes for guessing who's my fav protagonists in this serial👎🏼) I hate how MA walks all over her. Who the hell is she anyway... Just waiting for her to grieve and die a slow ugly death after her son is thrown twice from the quila balcony ! why is she so rude?

And today I give credit to shenhansha for taking the trouble to giive the quila to take it back by force..Thodi toh mehnat waqt aur paisa laga...

I loved how Jodha lost her smile when Jalal turned and passed a wicked smile in court to her" Dont read too much into my goodness...you tricked me, I tricked you back' TRUCE. Your chance now

Even a love story needs drama...every story has its backdrop...this one's is politics, so it'll show politics...after all, only till 2-3 episodes back we've had boat rides, temple visits story-telling and push ups!

As long as we're having a parallel story running alongside JA's story it makes it all sensible...all this is a part of the journey of the leads understanding each other...Jalal cannot be shown only visiting Dargahs and temples yaar...he'll have to be shown as an administrator too..😳

This serial has never promised us a lovey-dovey story with slow background music long eye gazes and lots of trip-falls...this is a fast moving serial with many sub-characters that were part of Akbar's life..the preceding story is JA's love, but all of this is what makes it interesting...why all this - the proof is in the pudding (TRPs)!😃 So, obviously there's something to please everyone...😊
