well one thing id to be noted what he said to atgah khan that collecting taxes from a defeated state is logical as it's the rule of every reign, but looting is not. Not even he mentioned ransom. That's quiate a remarkable remark he made today..😊

from the start of the show even when he decided to conquer amer or marry jodha..he never told anyone about his personal motive ..,he put forth his political agenda...he knows his badi ammi and how she can sense things about him...hence he tells her what she wants to hear the same way he tells ruqaiyya what she wants to hear...

only jalal knows the other half of the whole truth ...he is falling hard for jodha but am super happy he is not your regular blinded majnu or lover boy...his goal to rule india is clear and he is growing as an Emperor too..the journey to being Akbar is not through one incident ..it was a growth over a period and this is the steady growth we are witnessing of the boy Emperor

Well I have the same questions as you do...the way he was looking at Jodha when she was doing aarti till he was with Atga Khan was fir bhi okay...but with Maham he was totally different and the only reason i cn think of is that he at that point didn't have any other reason to give her!!

I have stopped analysing Jodha's mood swings😆

Isn't jalal puposely trying to be good with jodha to gain her trust???
Is he having some secret plan to take revenge bcoz i still can't forget wat he said to rukku 'itni badi gustakhi ki itni choti sazaa'
I still doubt the change in his behaviour

He was not curious in d precap bcoz i think nothing serious is going on.. from Jodha's reaction it seems so.. both of them r in light mood😉 the scene looked like a fun scene from d precap😛... but not sure what d whole scene will lead to??😕

but with jodha he is who he really is.. he doesn't pretend.. she is his next half.. the one he can relate to.. and vice versa.. all and all the only person who is seeing jalal for jalal is jodha... nobody else...

lol in the precap I think he is so comfortable with jodha... that is why... he has forgotten he is a king and is just acting like a typical husband to his wife... 😳

Love this show...

I must say, he is excellent at dealing with different natured people. But I thought he was always very open with his Badi Ammi, then what happened now? 😕

Till yesterday I was sure that he wasn't playing a 'love game' - but I don't know why today I'm getting a negative feeling. I hope Jalal isn't playing any games with Jodha.

Precap was indeed sweet, but it left me curious 😆

Maham came in & asked him why he entered a Hindu Temple with Jodha. Jalal replied back saying that it was his political strategy, he wants to conquer the hearts & brains of the people.

Yes in future, Akbar will remove the pilgrimage tax paid by Hindus. He is moving towards it.
