After watching today's episode there are few things I have observed about our J & J.

1. Jalal is falling for Jodha which was evident when he was starring at her while she was doing Devi Maa's Aarti.

2. Jalal didn't get hyper - he continued to listen to Jodha's allegations against the Mughal army. He had enough reasons to lash out at her, but he didn't.

3. Jodha seems to have cooled down after pouring her heart out in front of Jalal. In the precap we can see that she is very cozily sitting beside Jalal without any hesitation. Slowly but steadily she is getting comfortable with him.

Now coming to my questions :

1. Is Jalal portraying himself different to each person? If yes, then why?

- he intently listens to Jodha as if he wants to find a solution to her grievances.

- he expresses his disturbances to Atga Khan that he is not getting the correct informations about his Sultanate & isn't happy that the Hindu Temples were being looted.

- in front of MahamAnga, he is an entirely different person. He says that he had a motive behind his visit to the Hindu Temple, was it just to please Maham or something else?

2. In the precap - Jodha is worried that someone is hiding, why isn't Jalal curious? Instead he is in a casual mood.

Would be glad if someone can find solutions to my silly questions. :)

Okay. He does have motive behind going to the Hindu temple. He wants to see India united under his reign. Also, he is different to Maham because he knows that Maham will judge him and his feelings which he cannot name himself. And his political motive was the main motive behind his Mandir visit . Even if he is falling for Jodha, he will never lose focus of his goal. That is admirable.

Jalal... knows how to deal with people of different nature... He tell Maham what she want to hear.. lol to get over with it...

Also, about the way he presents himself to Maham, is it not better to pacify a person by telling them what they want to hear, rather than arguing? That is a clever strategy.
