No, Mandy and Kamal, it is the CVs who are the sadists. This said, Mandy, that is the funniest thing I can think of after the idea of Mahaam singing a lori!

Plus, you do not have to worry about the show, only about us, .a minority of about 5%.

Seeing the delight across the forum at that ridiculous 'embrace' at the end of the episode (Alakh, how could you?😉), I am sure you can expect more of the same as the CVs tread water - literally this time. I am getting set for a test for diabetes by the end of the Shahi Shaadi Lite!😉

Hi Shyamala,
Ur post dittoed Just my thought on the abnormal frequency of Jalaal bruising this part or that And Jodha dear Tripping and Slipping again and again!!!!!😆 I wrote to MKM that it appears that both are Hell-bent on getting each others Attention at any cost ...And above all , since these two seems to get soft on each other only in Dire Situations(As Meghna stated), Ms. EK is fast succeeding in turning All of US into Sadists, who gets excited and overjoyed each time one cuts ,gets wounded or trips...🤣

Regards,
Kamal

Daasis were quite close to Royals and somtimes answered for them...MA is a daasi too and we all know her status...Even HB is shown to bow down to her both in serial and movie...HB visited her along with Jalal when MA was proved innocent in MC track...Sad but true...

I agree, Ela, the only caveat being that the characters in that show, though entirely consistent within themselves, are all archtypes: the ideal, proud Maharana, the ideal son, the bad son, the Lady Macbeth third wife, the ideal chief Maharani -the whole lot. They do not any of the nuances that Jalal has and that Jodha could have it only they let her.

Rajat in particular brings so much more to his Jalal than the CVs ever thought of, and that is what is special about Jodha Akbar. And this should not be lost, whence my acute irritation at these so-called romantic scenes.

They are exactly like those in the 1960s Asha Parekh-Shammi Kapoor films, of course minus OP Nayyar's fabulous songs. Shall we put in a petition to Ekta demanding songs for the JJ scenes?😉

sorry Aunty.. cant help it..I like what I like lol. but the romance scenes were half baked.. the akdha scene in Fridays epi was much better.

@ela Di.. in that case say bye bye to drama and romance.. MP is a good show but too boring at times.. who wants to see if MP can do surya namaskar properly or not...

Shyamala I dont watch MP but I have seen promos and they are about 4-5 minutes long...I dont want any change in star cast just production house who is willing to spend money and is more asthetic ...Even in zee , watch buddha...It gives the feeling of grandeur...

I couldn't tolerate romantic scenes yesterday...where was the beauty of romance?

Alakh, my sweet, I begin to despair of you. Seeing the hordes exactly like you who are drowning the forum in treacle, I am of a mind to sue you for mental distress amounting to agony from having to watch these fake romantic scenes, like something out of the Hindi films from before you were born, for the next 2 weeks. They at least had lovely songs.

Sue you because all this gushing from you and your cohorts is going to encourage the CVs to dump more and more of the same on us all thru this week and the next, for which, you brat, I shall hold you solely responsible, as also for the deterioration in my health due to diabetes mellitus!😉

How I wish I had run away while the going was good! See what all my affection fro you makes me do!!😉

Yes, and that was not a "hug". In fact, he must have been thinking Why does this girl have to poke me with so much of chak mak stuff? She is even literally prickly!😡And she would be thinking Devi Maa, how much does he weigh? While he is trying to save me, I will die of suffocation if he squashes me flat like this!😡

look at the romantic scene aunty

hold hands...music start//// he asked her to hold his to help ...every one
my Q ... will he not do it to ruqayya or even salima... un ko pani mae girne daita...

then she trip...hold his arm...song started...ishq hae woh jazbat...every one

ok then boat started... jalal looked directly to her with his searching glare...jodha avoiding his gaze...
people said... jalal in love because he cant take his eyes from her...

if he doesnt meet her eyes...

then people exclaim

he fall for jodha he cant make eye contact with her

🥱

...

then he asked... about she likes boat riding...her answer was

jalal said...it is useless to argue u...

answer ...thats the problem shahnsha...u cant talk or discuss any thing u just want argue😲🤢

then again cut from jane kahan se... but to gain her sympathy ...he must needs to injured...every one dying how romantic ..how much she is caring...

my Q kia ruqayya will not care for his wounded hand ...even would salima ignore his bleeded hand

so what was extra special in it ..like sword fight or arthi scene,...

then again at the time of hilarious attack with absolutely zero security of the emperor

he covered her n said ...i dont let u hurt jodha begum...so what exactly romantic in it...jalal even didnt left his crippled subject alone... my Q ..kia he will leave Ruqayya even salima instead will worry only for his life...
❓🤬

javeda MA scene 🤢🥱
