Part - 5

Jalal was shocked with this. Jodha had come in between. Tiger pounced on Jodha. Jalal Shouted - JODHAAA... Without wasting a second, he got hold his shamsheer and killed the tiger in no time.

Both Jalal and Jodha were badly and seriously injured. Jodha lied on ground. Jalal ran towards Jodha and he could see how badly she was wounded.

She managed to got up and sat. Jalal could figure out that something was wrong. Jodha was trying to hide something. Jalal asked faintly as he was slowly becoming unconscious - Are you okay Jodha?Why did you do this?
WHyyy??? He shouted in caring tone!!

Jodha was trying to hide her lower back. She smiled falsely and said I am totally fine Shahenshah!!
Jalal became unconscious and lied there.

Jodha immediately took out her dupatta and tied it tightly around her lower back and waist!!She moaned and cried with a highly wounded back.

She sat there remembering how Shahenshah had accepted her marriage conditions, how he had allowed her to play Holi, How boldly and proudly he said - You will not go to Amer. You will stay in Amer only, forever!!

She determined there itself that she would not let happen anything to Shahenshah.

She stood up. SHe could hardly walk. But her determination was above all. She brought water from the lake in her little hands. She cleaned the wounds and injuries of Jalal.

She took the fertile soil on the ground and applied on his wounds with utmost care.

Then she looked for some cloth to tie around his injuries. But she had already tied the dupatta around her waist.

Then, she looked at her long lengthy Ghagra/Lehnga. She thought, "What's the use of these clothes when She knows her end is near".
She torn a small piece of cloth from her ghagra and managed to tie around all his wounds.

She had lost all her energy by now.
But she was satisfied, Jalal was fine and would wake up without feeling any pain.
She sat near him and closed her eyes and waited peacefully for her end.
