Hope so. And high time Jodha also starts understanding that Jalaal and Jallaad are two different words.🤣

Your prediction was right! Jodha does get blamed 😕
It seems Jodha's obvious show of hatred is coming back to haunt her. Jalaal cannot be blamed especially now since its still the early stages of their relationship. He knows she hates him!
Although Rukaiya wanted her baby for the wrong reasons, the miscarriage scene was still very painful to watch. It also reminded me of a similar scene in the movie 'The other Boleyn Girl'. Two different stories, two different histories yet there is a similarity between Henry VIII of England's second wife Anne and Rukaiya. Both women wanted to bear a male child for the wrong reason - Power. Both their dreams were dashed. Atleast Rukaiya doesn't suffer Anne's awful fate.
Being a history buff, I know how much obsession and conspiracy and plotting surrounds the birth of a male heir and how dangerous it is for a King to not have a heir. But today Jalaal's pain was a father's pain and not a King's. That was beautifully shown. I remember you saying in one of your posts about Mahamanga in the JA movie and her obsessive love for Jalaal which wasn't being properly portrayed here. Today I saw a glimpse of it. However if she is behind all this Kesar business and is still doing it for power then that scene was pointless I guess.
Lovely post 😊

Edit: Wow I'm the first to comment on your post 😊

I agree it was very sad because somewhere deep inside there was a mother mourning for her lost child and it was so sad when Jalal started crying to MA, btw I LOVE that movie and yea at least Ruqaiyas life is better than Anne's but its so wierd I actually liked Anne's character but I don't really like Ruqaiyas

I think same...Jalal cried for that baby and they say he doesn't have a heart
he is seriously father in mourning
and yet before going to blame Jodha the way he confirmed he dnt want her to be blamed
and the way he said if news is wrong you will be killed first...it all tells we wanted it to be wrong
I feel sry for him today...and for precap Jodha
but it will all be sorted

you have written the jist of jalal's devastated situation, really the miscarriage scene was very much disturbing, and all proofs are against jodha,If it is MA behind this misery, then this time she has played very well, lets see, what happened next..

There lies a huge difference in Jalal playing the emperor now and giving Jodha a chance to explain her innocence and Jalal acting like a to be father and blasting Jodha coz of all the proofs lying in front of him..
Its not right to accept Jalal to be calm and listen to Jodhas plea..

In motis bais case the crime was just a man stepping in harem...here someone has killed the baby...poles apart situation!

I wldnt expect Jalal to act rational and unbiased and comparing this situation to moti bais case is also not right,...
Yes he had strted hvin a soft corner for Jodha but thts a corner...the rest of his heart craved for a baby!

Nd plus...i am so not in a hurry to see the love story...they need to go thru a lot more to really give the love story a epic saga feel!

Yep. Otherwise, Akbar's kids not surviving does not make sense. Jehangir was a miracle that way and we can only imagine today, what must have been Akbar's and his Rajput wife's happiness at that time. And original Ruqqu was attached to Jehangir and his son Shahjahan - all of JJ's bloodline.

Yep, Ruqqu should have gone charging into Jodha's chambers but i guess the creatives want to keep Ruqqu on the grey side, so that JJ are not hampered.😆

But after that much bleeding and with the effect of the poison I think she was feeling weakness and was not able at all to rush to Jodha's room, moreover she knows now that Jalal will not spare jodha if he founds her guilty.
