Don't judge Jalaal. That one gift he has ever wanted from his life , prayed for night and day, dreamed of every time he has seen a babyface or taken Raheem in his arms - has just bled to death. His mental state can only be imagined and its juvenile to expect sanity and rationality from him.

As for suspecting Jodha with all evidence pointing against her , we must remember that softness and respect was JUST coming in...in embryo stage. And wham! A treachery brings up the dying flames of animosity.

Its human. Mistakes happen. People can go weak and irrational - its ok. Neither is Jalaal satanic nor is Jodha a coldstone.

These are testing times and they, too, shall pass.😳

Your prediction was right! Jodha does get blamed 😕
It seems Jodha's obvious show of hatred is coming back to haunt her. Jalaal cannot be blamed especially now since its still the early stages of their relationship. He knows she hates him!
Although Rukaiya wanted her baby for the wrong reasons, the miscarriage scene was still very painful to watch. It also reminded me of a similar scene in the movie 'The other Boleyn Girl'. Two different stories, two different histories yet there is a similarity between Henry VIII of England's second wife Anne and Rukaiya. Both women wanted to bear a male child for the wrong reason - Power. Both their dreams were dashed. Atleast Rukaiya doesn't suffer Anne's awful fate.
Being a history buff, I know how much obsession and conspiracy and plotting surrounds the birth of a male heir and how dangerous it is for a King to not have a heir. But today Jalaal's pain was a father's pain and not a King's. That was beautifully shown. I remember you saying in one of your posts about Mahamanga in the JA movie and her obsessive love for Jalaal which wasn't being properly portrayed here. Today I saw a glimpse of it. However if she is behind all this Kesar business and is still doing it for power then that scene was pointless I guess.
Lovely post 😊

Edit: Wow I'm the first to comment on your post 😊

I don't blame Jalal, but this track is killing me.
Moreover, had it been someone else other than Jodha he may have not even given him/her the chance to speak.. Would have straightaway cut him/her to pieces with his shamsheer.

I repeat what i had said in a post made by rose ...The man who is confronting jodha is a distraught father...not the emperor...the empror in jalal will soon take control...I am sure, jodha will be given a chance to prove her innocence...at least, that is what logic says...he gave moti Bai an opportunity to tell her side of story...why will he deprive his 'begum' of her rights...??? The bigger problem is how is jodha gonna prove that she is innocent??? Maham has made an air tight case against her...

Vicky, you are right...these are tough times...and, they are what make a journey/story epic...

Thank you, Hobby!😳... I think the moment Jodha fed that kesar milk to Ruqqu, we knew trouble will come looking for Jodha. Its regular TRP drama but yes , it helps build/explore relationships. You are right. Male heir, treachery, plotting and palace politics was worse than K soaps during imperial rules. Ekta is only showing a glimpse of what might have been.

I understand where Jalaal is coming from - his dreams of being a father have been shattered and Jodha has come in the line of fire at the wrong time.

I still keep my opinion on Maaham reserved. 😆

thats the exact line i want to write... why should jalal trust jodha... she still always says ...she hates jalal... his surrounding is full of sazish... how can be a normal person think about her instead of his n ruqayya trauma..

situation is really not simple... a mighty emperor lost his child, not natuarally but due to ht e poison given to his wife to kill his hild...the life who make his heart soft even before come ... his wife, love of his life (personally i dont believe a person has only 1 nonsence love in life...there may be more but the choices would be clear) is begging for justice... Ruqayya is not shouting or blaming jodha OTT...

i was thinking that after the news if Ruqayya start accusing lamely jodha n start blaming her...Jalal will may take side of jodha even in his n ruqs grief..but here in this situation nobody blame jodha nor Ruqayya blame her...but the evidence plotted very carefully ...

I am shocked ...if really MA planted this which is still my main doubt that she is the real culprit... i must say she is such a B**** bec how was she consoling Jalal...it was really heart touching

Thanks Rose😳, But baby, this is how palace politics played out - the hunger for throne and heirs/heiresses used to drive them all up the wall and cross limits. And in those times, the death of the fetus of Queen Consort is a very big thing. And we saw Jalaal's emotional hysteria - he is only feeling and not even thinking straight. Only luck and her destiny with Jalaal are gonna save Jodha. Its absolute crisis and except the cruel killer, you cannot blame anyone here.
