Fabulous post!!

Today's epi had me in tears myself esp on seeing jalal himself. He didnt luk like a shehenshah today or the emperor who has conquered the whole of india..bt a shattered father whose dreams of having a child had been so mercilessly thwarted. His appeal to God where he says "usey rahim kehte to wo hum pe rehem kyn ni karta"..he was mourning nt becoz the only hope of having a heir to his throne had been shattered bt becoz his only hope of having his own child that he had yearned for for so long had been thwartd..if in this case he confronts jodha..we cnt blame him..he has been wronged!!
No doubt that rajat is the finest of actors i hav ever seen. The scene demanded real emotions n he has a dun a wonderful job!hats off rajat!

Thanks Sona.😳...Jalaal is in trauma and mostly, people have no sense /sensibility/rationality in such situations. They just REACT. Let the foam settle a little and Jodha put her point forward. Truth shall triumph and this MU will give both JJ a chance to see each-other at their worst and their vulnerable most.😃

The bigger problem is how is jodha gonna prove that she is innocent??? Maham has made an air tight case against her...

Vicky, you are right...these are tough times...and, they are what make a journey/story epic...

Thank you. Exactly! Jalaal is just a distraught and traumatized father in the precap who is demanding an answer from Jodha, who in turn , has all the evidence against her. Not to forget, Jodha's passionate hatred for Jalaal that is playing worse in this situation now.

I am hoping that Jalaal will give Jodha a chance - only as long as he remembers that he is not only a father, but an emperor as well, who must follow the code of law.😃

thats the exact line i want to write... why should jalal trust jodha... she still always says ...she hates jalal... his surrounding is full of sazish... how can be a normal person think about her instead of his n ruqayya trauma..

situation is really not simple... a mighty emperor lost his child, not natuarally but due to ht e poison given to his wife to kill his hild...the life who make his heart soft even before come ... his wife, love of his life (personally i dont believe a person has only 1 nonsence love in life...there may be more but the choices would be clear) is begging for justice... Ruqayya is not shouting or blaming jodha OTT...

i was thinking that after the news if Ruqayya start accusing lamely jodha n start blaming her...Jalal will may take side of jodha even in his n ruqs grief..but here in this situation nobody blame jodha nor Ruqayya blame her...but the evidence plotted very carefully ...

I am shocked ...if really MA planted this which is still my main doubt that she is the real culprit... i must say she is such a B**** bec how was she consoling Jalal...it was really heart touching

Thank you, Sara and I agree with you. Jalaal is a victim of circumstances and the treachery around him and that holds true for Jodha and even Ruqqu in the current case. Everyone is high on emotions and that is why things are not looking good for Jodha. One has to see how this plays out and what shift it brings in JJ's relationship.

MA is still dicey for me - so, i do not know what to say.😆

That was beautifully written. Nice post 👍🏼
Completely agree, Who are we to judge? It is surely difficult to understand what someone is going through unless we are in their place🥱

Thanks Niki. Considering that how long it took for Akbar to be bestowed with Saleem/Jehangir via Jodha/Harka/Hira , we can feel the desperation in this fictional account. Jalaal wants to be a father - not just for an heir - but to live his childhood through his own blood. This is a hypersensitive spot with him and its prick has extended to Jodha. This pain and mistrust might just give JJ's relationship a shift that will push its evolution.😃

Thank you . Yes, We can only judge and rationalize. Lekin jis par talwaar chali hai, khoon ka rang sirf wahee jaanta hai.😊

Thanks Rose😳, But baby, this is how palace politics played out - the hunger for throne and heirs/heiresses used to drive them all up the wall and cross limits. And in those times, the death of the fetus of Queen Consort is a very big thing. And we saw Jalaal's emotional hysteria - he is only feeling and not even thinking straight. Only luck and her destiny with Jalaal are gonna save Jodha. Its absolute crisis and except the cruel killer, you cannot blame anyone here.

Who knows, Rukayya may have been poisoned for real.. Jodha's twins too.. !

Don't you think Rukayya, after finding out that Jodha was responsible for this.. would have gone to her room in a fit of rage trying to strangle her.. that way her emotions would have been more realistic.. Instead she complains the same way she always does... with a few tears ofcourse..

I am sure he will give her a chance...and, that's another step towards becoming Akbar the great...one who will not let emotions cloud his thought process and judgement...

Yep. Otherwise, Akbar's kids not surviving does not make sense. Jehangir was a miracle that way and we can only imagine today, what must have been Akbar's and his Rajput wife's happiness at that time. And original Ruqqu was attached to Jehangir and his son Shahjahan - all of JJ's bloodline.

Yep, Ruqqu should have gone charging into Jodha's chambers but i guess the creatives want to keep Ruqqu on the grey side, so that JJ are not hampered.😆
