f. Jodha is pressured to accept this arrangement for hamida's sake

g. Hamida and Jalal hope this will all help break the ice with Jodha, and soon "waaris" will be on the way for real ... etc etc etc.

How that for a wishful screenplay! 😆

now this sound to be a good plan , it covers all the points n loose ends ...
the thing is who would put forward the condition about jodha- jalal trial... would be be hamida in presence of jalal n jodha ... n jodha succumbing to it ... n jalal reluctantly agreeing to it for his ammi jaan's sake ... because i don't think tht jalal would be in the condition to think much after this incident n after not getting the emotional support from ruqaiya ...

He would reluctantly go to jodha fearing another fight or drama ..n jodha turns out to be the shoulder he needs to cry upon ...

wat say ??
