Err ... well the literal meaning is "bring your buttocks in" for tashreef laiye and likewise for tashreef rakhiye 😆
But it is a very polite way of saying welcome and sit down respectively 😉
P.S. Urdu is a mindblowing language, indecent words bhi kitne acche sound karte hain...

On that note, a question for those who know Urdu quite well here
Most of us know what shareermeans in Hindi/Sanskrit. It means human body.
There is an exactly same word in Urdu as well.
Anyone bold enough to tell the meaning in here 😛

Shareer in Hindi means human body and
Shareer in Urdu means "Naughty".

Shareer in Urdu shararti -- naughty

Shareer in Hindi --- body

Same as

Karam in Hindi -- karma -- action

Karam in Urdu -- blessing
