My dear Ameilia,
Thank you so much for such warm words!
Yes, you are absolutely right about that one. I have never praised any actor so much, except perhaps Mohit Raina for his Jalandhar segment in DKD Mahadev, which was superlative too, in its own way. He is also a master of facial nuance, but he is a much older and more mature actor, whereas Rajat is very young, like an eager, restless thoroughbred. But what amazes me is his
tehraav, the control he brings to his scenes even at such a young age.
All that I have written about him, Rajat deserves it and more. Do take a look at my response above to Mansi, for some supplementary praise that will gladden your heart!
If Rajat is lucky enough to get such roles in the future too - and they are very rare for male actors in TV - he will sent new benchmarks every time.
I agree with all your comments, except that if CK had broached this idea to Bharmal earlier, it would have died on the spot. It needed to be launched just the way it was, in a situation of extreme pressure from Jalal, for Bharmal to be convinced, even if only after a superb sales talk from CK, that he really has no other way to save Amer and his subjects from utter ruin. In fact,Jalal and CK play it like two seasoned artistes, so smoothly dovetailing their lines and their reactions, that I still half suspect that it was all a pre-planned affair.

I have read many of your posts from different forums but never heard you praise anyone as you praised Rajat Tokas and the character Jalal today. Its a first for me.😆
I absolutely loved the encounter between Jalal and Bharmal. It was like they were playing a game of chess.Jalal in black,Bharmal in white with CK as a black warrior at Bharmal's side but that doesnt change the fact that he is a black warrior.Whether he is just a pawn of Jalal playing Bharmal is yet to be seen but that smirk that Jalal gave him when he brought up Jodha's rishta has left some doubts in my mind.I mean why hasnt CK brought this up with Bharmal before going to Jalal? Was he and Jalal just simply planning to corner Bharmal with no room to run??I mean marriage between a Rajput and a Mughal is not some everyday affair.Didnt CK think about talking to Bharmal once before he propose an alternative.Bharmal could have atleast been prepared. He was there to negotiate but never thought he had to give his daughter up for his kingdom and sons.
One can say Jalal is a negotiable and fair Emperor but he played Bharmal like a piano and it barely looked like he lifted a finger.Jalal's tranquil gaze as he listens to Bharmal's list of complains. You didnt go to some judge Bharmal u came to the Emperor but Jalal remained calm. His expressions were unreadable.Bharmal was backed into a corner. His outraged at CK's proposition change tides for Jalal. That smirk disappeared and Jalal looked dangerous. He didnt need to lift his sword but that look he gave Bharmal and his dialogues iI have already conquered Amer so everything in it is mine.He can make anyone a part of his harem.I am sure Bharmal probably pissed his pants right there but Mainvati probably wrapped him good with pampers😆 so no proof for us.
Jalal ia an excellent player. The way he played Bharmal with his tactics. That outraged Bharmal was now helpless.Jalal give Bharmal the ball in his court but slowly and slowly Jalal outnumbered Bharmal. The alliance was on and Jalal got what he wanted even thought he made sure no one has any iota of doubt in his other intentions.Well played Jalal and now Bharmal left with his head high as a King but as a father i know he must be broken at the decision he had to make. Then Jalal made sure his efforts of attaining Jodha would not go to waste. She wont be able to run or commit suicide now.His father has given her hands to Jalal and now Jalal has happily taken that hand but has no idea about the new journey he is about to embark on.The last scene highlighted the difference of two hearts, two worlds, two lives coming together as one for the greater good.Hold on to your horses we are in for a bumpy ride everyone!
I havent watched the episode with English subtitles yet so since u have praised the episode so much i will be sure not to miss it.
