Everyone here is such a die hard reality show, they cannot see what is really going on. Reality shows are meant to make money and votes are money.
Three top most reality shows are II, VOI, and SRGM, so in the last 7 champions 2 from II, 2 from SRGM, and 3 from VOI as it is a Star Plus show. All of the contestants with greater fan base and voters appeal. Ishmit was a regional vote getter but not as profitable, and his elimination would bring more interest from die-hard fans of VOI so his elimination was eminent to bring surprise and excitement. Vinit was a good singer but, in terms of votes getting was weaker than Debojeet or Abhijeet. Star must have offered a hefty sum for him to go out, which he accepted because though a good singer he knew he did not have any chance against Abhijeet so he accepted an exit that was honorable and profitable. Among the other 5 left, 2 II, 2 VOI and Debo who has a greater voters base. Next week we will see Toshi and Rahul go out, and they will have 1 II, 1 SRGM, and 1VOI, so you will have floods of votes that would cover the payments given to each eliminated constants as the show will make huge money from the finale. Here is the deal Rs 4 for every votes casted or sms done. They will conduct finale probably after two weeks of final 3 announcements. Chances are that the total votes would be around 2 to 3 crorers multiply by 4 is about 10 crorers. Even if they paid 10 lakhs to each eliminated constants the show would be hugely profitable. So I think Vinit must have been offered about 15 to 20 lakhs for his exit.
Just wait and see if next week Rahul and Tosh get eliminated then you will believe. It is just simple reasoning.
