What Do these Judges Want - Page 5

I can only recall 2 times Vishal actually in a way praised Toshi.

1) When he said in the beginning that they have heard a lot about Toshi and has didn't live upto his reputation.

2) When he said that if Toshi goes to champions side it will be after getting perfect score.
