LOL they showed the SR FB so suddenly in the middle of family discussion scene in BH without any warning toh I guess usko REINFORCE karne ke liye aage ke 3-4 episodes mein dikhaate rahe so that people don't feel "confused" when Jhanak's pregnancy news drops ki kahaan se aaya baccha
