I don't think so....they haven't yet shown Vihaan telling Ani that J ran away....I guess that will come in tomorrow's epi. Today they only showed Vihaan crying after reading J's letter.

Precap also makes it sound like Anishi are arguing that Didi ruined Jhanak's chance to move on with Vihaan....so I think Ani knows J didn't marry Vihaan

Yeh sab yahaan pe nahin milega....Imlie didn't get trapped in this red light area cuz of her dumbness....it was all Malini didi ki plotting to trap her.

Yahaan Jhanak is trapped cuz of her own dumbness....Didi ne bas aake thode taunts kya maare, yeh bhaag ke human traffickers mein phass gayi

Jhanak may get saved by some new person in this track but pata nahin if that will be new ML since Jhanak refuses to move on each time no matter which guy shows up
