Shaadi drama hai ... even after all the rituals are done!! (I believe in the "acting/drama", they do not complete all the rituals, so as not to accidentally marry off the actors). But jb reality hit hard.and Ani got his soulmate Jhanak in his life then he started to feel totally different which he never felt for Arshi as he said and now he got to know what is actual vs claimed love. If there were any hardships in btw Arshi n Ani to unky parents were influential to unko kuch face nhi krna para hga...or maybe Ani wasn't interested enough in that problem solving aspect since he's very professional and career oriented and hardly he spent enough time with Arshi to get that emotional attachment agr aisa hota to unki relationship aisey kbhi nhi break hta...obviously it's loose jo itni asni se bikhar gya...

But in case with Jhanak, their relationship is based on trust, respect, emotional attachment and most significantly, HAQ too (as they're legally bonded) that are highly essential for any relationship and can be observed at hut scene too when he removed her duppata with that haq and how she let him to do so having complete trust on him.

Plus they got enough time tl stay together and face the hardships so that proove k hardly Ani n Arshi itna time spend kra ho as makers are using kitna years se word but never explicitly shown that....kitny years important nhi hoty but kitna effective and emotional time spend kra that is significant.

In real life too this happens as sometimes we get close to those jinky sath sirf thora hi time spent kra vs 4 to 5 years.

They were happy couple in relationship for long time . When they met first Anirudh had asked Jhanak to apologise to Arshi for no fault of hers .Their relationship was going good .Arshi was good ,compassionate for two episodes ( not more than that ) back then .Anirudh being in relationship with her for longtime would have seen shades of her character and was still with her .Anirudh wouldn't have taken the risk of giving shelter to Jhanak in his home if Arshi took her responsibilty . He would have been her good friend and along with Arshi helped her succed in life .

The trust Arshi had for Anirudh was not firm , the moment she saw Jhanak with Anirudh in Kolkata it broke . What kind of a love was that !!!!

She turned grey the moment Jhanak became the winner for the dance competition.From there here sympathy for Jhanak vanished .

Anirudh had to take up the responsibilty as Jhanak had no one and her maasi disowned her .

From there their journey started .And all the happenings made them attached and strong support of each other.

Though I always supported ani and jhanak when they were right but this is ridiculous. Arshi is punching bag of forum. Nway I had fun reading these long explanation justifying Ani.

Innitally ani spoke lies because that was urgent and had no choice. Now he is lying for fullfilling for himself for his feelings and top of that he behaves like he is taking stand for himself as if he is wronged by other people.
