Sanon has arrived and straight to the top. Her forthcoming looks equally promisimg with Cocktail 2 surely to do well. Just 2 years ago in 2023 she was struggling with back to back flops and look where she landed in 2 years. That is BW for you.

She was fantastic in Do Patti. She carried that crap movie all on her own. Going by the reviews, she is set to bag all the best actor awards of 2025 for TIM and it will be for a hit film unlike Abhishek, Kartik, Alia's. No Alia movie this year, so her award is safe.

Though I don’t agree with your list of other heroines comments. Alia is declining and Deepika has good projects and offers and I believe she will bounce back.

Minty i myself hate such movies..i have not and will not watch Tere Ishq Mein..trailer was enough to keep me miles away from it but we cannot deny the facts..such movies have always done well on ground levels and have either made stars or changed trajectory of fading stars..kabir singh..ranjhaana..animal..all problematic to the T but proved great for the entire cast..so in no way would this not be a great step forward for kriti's career..it has already and will be..only people hating on it would be online and many of those have or will see the movie..

Many actors will have a list of directors to work with. So they chose movies like that and based on current trend i feel.

If one has the possibility to choose one should use it according to what one wishes, I think...

As for this movie, I doubt that it would have the same numbers without Thadani monopolising screens. The occupancy for a Sunday (until now for morning-afternoon-evening shows) isn't very high given the screens available (except, e.g. Chennai because of Danush and perceptibly lesser screens showing the film):
