Ani has a habit of being the worst when he gets angry/ feels betrayed.

• He insulted her mother and her when he got to know about Rahul from Shrishti.
• He called her Laalchi/Greedy when he saw her go to Tejas despite his denying her to do so.
• He called her Ehsaan faramosh/ Ungrateful once he got really angry about her asking him why he helped her despite her saying no.
• He called her Beraham/Cruel when she kept asking him to mind his business.
• He now called her Laalchi/Greedy again as he saw her being okay married to someone similar to Tejas.

Rahul is just an excuse/cover to tell what he really feels about the situation.

He said the same things to Chotton when he thought Jhanak left him for Tejas in hospital.

So when he is an angry young man mode he speaks nonsense...later he realizes and goes back to J.
