I have to say I commend the realism. Arshi is more preoccupied with Ani going to see Jhanak shoot. She still hates it but it’s not blown out of range like social climber Bipasha. I liked that a lot, even when she wanted to go and shristi was like no, so as not to be humiliated, I liked it a lot. Normal ITV would have made her forget the main priority: Ani, because Ani is the most precious thing that Arshi is trying hard not to lose to Jhanak. I think with respect to Bipasha and Arshi, Bipasha is jealous because a lower station maid is getting opportunities which in her mind, she deserves. I want to see more of why Bipasha is not allowed for work by Lal. Now that I notice, all the senior Basu ladies are home makers. Huh, Interesting. I wonder why the special treatment for Arshi and if Tanuja has any possible resentments for not being allowed to work like Bipasha has.

For Arshi, yeah, she tried for this brand, but again it is another shoot for her unlike Bipasha or Jhanak. So, she doesn't mind it. Her jealousy is more with the fact that probably Ani helped her over Arshi as you said. She has been taking notes and jabs at Ani's behavior towards Jhanak and herself. He has been hiding stuff from her starting with bringing Jhanak to his house. He is now showing disguised concern for her even though he parades himself as Jhanak's hater. I am sure Arshi is not 100% convinced of Ani's hate for Jhanak. She is also being ignorant like Ain, thinking out of sight out of mind. World doesn't become dark if you close your eyes. It sucks you got emotionally attached to the person you love, and it is always hard losing them. But it's only right to leave when you know there is no value in you staying. Arshi is beautiful and talented in her own right. She doesn't need Ani for anything except the fact she loves him. I really hope she doesn't lose herself respect in the future and go behind Ani knowing he loves Jhanak.

I liked him in his Kashmir wardrobe ..that white and pink shirt when they both went to meet Rahul , he looks handsome anyways ..🥰

I'm thankful to God that we got some buffer with the Bharatnatyam bit before the Mohini Basu avatar. Though logistics wise it doesn't make sense at all. Ani is continuing to admire her and her dance. I like how they asked Krushal to give layered looks of being attracted to her.

He admired her happiness and her true love for dance in the Maharashtrian attire.

He was bowled over by the simplicity of her beauty in the Christian bridal attire. (Touchwood... the shot panning to Hiba's smile was so beautiful yesterday! Kisse pyaar nahi hoga!!)

He is now further falling into the rabbit hole of love seeing her Bharatnatyam dance. Loved and Awed that Krushal is able to pull such complex expression through his eyes.

Chotton on the other side is observing Ani and his expression. He is now knows pucca that Ani has fallen in love with her. Ani's daant for Jhanak shows him the concern he has for her career and his comment about the food and Juice shows him that Ani notices each and every minute thing about Jhanak. Ani is whipped for Jhanak abse. Wonder how he will be in the future?

Chotton's concern today for Ani is a very valid one. Since both of them have not accepted their manage, and he has a good grasp of both of their feelings since he is a sort of middleman. He is worried about Jhanak making her own life and how it will impact Ani and whether he will be able to weather the storm that will come. I think future episodes will give a good glimpse of it to us the viewers.

After Mohini Basu's appearance, they take a break (gratitude to the director not showing close up shots, we get plenty later down the line ). I saw the guy who I assume is the AD giving starry eyed looks to Jhanak. He asks her to stay in the makeup room as per Director's instructions, but Jhanak refuses politely. Ani looks on the convo with acute interest! The poor guy would have crushed the bottles had the convo lasted longer... he doesn't like it when other men take excessive interest in Jhanak lol. On that note, wonder if these people know Jhanak is married. Would have been cherry on top if the AD's name was Rahul

Chotton calls Jhanak and asks her to have the juice. While initially accepting, she immediately denies once she gets to know it was Ani who brought it here giving all nonsensical excuses. She declines sternly and upon Ani's insistence says she is refusing exactly because he brought it for her, and it screams special treatment. She only asks him to let her do the job in peace. These two bicker like a married couple. really. Again and again, this is being emphasized to us viewers. But each such conversation reveals more information, like a layered cake. Ani in gussa throws away the bottle and refuses to share the drink with Chotton.

This scene really gives us a glimpse of their mindset with respect to eo. Jhanak is well aware Ani treats her special. But he also blows hot and cold every time, and it makes Jhanak scream at him and run far away; because both he and his family scold only her and humiliate only her when it is not her fault at all. Ani on the other hand, is confused as hell; he reprimands Jhanak and puts her down for good intentions and reasons (to make her successful), but also expects her to be nice to him after all this as if she is understanding of him. Her words affect his actions. He is getting too attached to her emotionally without even his notice. They are both at such crossroads, seeing their story progress will be a treat to watch.

As this convo unfolds, Arshi and Shristi arrive. The two want Jhanak out, but also don't want her to have any semblance of independence. Shame on them, they lose basic humanity when it comes to Jhanak. What did Jhanak ever do to them man?

At least from a relationship point, Arshi and Shristi are asking the right questions. Why is Ani hiding stuff related to Jhanak? Why is he here personally when he has his job in the company? They know the answer why, but still the question is a correct one. No matter the faults, Shristi is a protective mother to Arshi. This has been shown numerous times in her advising her to question Ani even today. But she goes a bit overboard in cultivating hatred and insecurity for Jhanak in her daughter's heart. Well, what else to expect, like mother like daughter. Blood always runs thicker than water in this world.

Jhanak from my opinion was totally valid in how she reacted. These people abuse her for anything and everything and Ani after putting her in such situations never is upfront and supports her. He leaves her alone to fend accusations and she is tired of it. As for her insisting she is a maid and telling the truth as she knows, like @Anindita said, it's defense mechanism she has learnt. She knows these people leave her alone if she lowers herself. She doesn't need the feel to elevate herself as there is no one worth fighting for in her life. The Basus and the mother daughter duo have thoroughly extinguished her hope for a better life through constant humiliation and harassment.

Funny thing Shristi thinks that Jhanak got it because she is her relative, but the contracts don't even know it. As if Arshi is any better, she only has the platform she has because she is Shristi Mukerjhee's daughter. Look at yourself in the mirror before you open the mouth!

Loved the look at Arshi's face when Jhanak said yes Ani forced me here. Lol! She thinks so highly of herself.

Now that the contractors opened the mouth, let's see how Ani handles it tomorrow.

Precap: Ani and Jhanak go to open bank account, and it seems like Valentine's Day. Seems that Ani forgot the card and leaves. Arshi and co come and sit after they leave, and she notices the card and gets shocked. Wonder what's in it. Timeline is messed up here. So, is the party going to happen or not?

As I have always said, I love Ani's love for Jhanak but that does not mean it does not have problem. He is behaving rude with her so that she listens to him and does what he wants and all he wants is Jhanak's progress... but then he has to understand that as he wants Jhanak to listen to his rude words and know it's truth he also have to be prepared for her relevant reaction. But wahan pe janab ko gussa aa jata hai... when in front of all he asks her to stay far from him how does he expeect her to sit in his car or take the special juice from him... per nahi mana kerne pe janab ko gussa aa jata hai... is it not clear indication to Jhanak that he is giving her special treament... but still.. I am loving his love for her... ohhh he is soooo much in love. But as Chotton said, i am scared for him now. If jhanak does not have feelings for him and goes ahead for her life... I scared this man is going to be heartbroken. And what a brilliant acting by krushal, he has emoted so many emotions - super caring, sensitive, practical, manipulative, genuine, diwana.. a tinge of obsessiveness and I can see an excellent expression of heartbroken man if situation for it comes...

baknki Srishti, Arshi and Basu's are not worth analysis for me.

Forget Krushal, they messed-up costumes for Jhanak. I wish they had done the Maharashtrian and Bengali look together, followed by Bharatnatyam and then the bridal look. Seeing her so beautiful would have made Arshi and Shristi even more insecure lol. Wanted to see them fall on their face

I think a lot of it has to do with Jhanak's nature. She is impatient at certain things. Reckless. Takes things personally to heart. The way Ani is acting, anyone else would have understood, but Jhanak probably is not the type to. Hiba is not great at emoting Jhanak well. I can say a handful number of episodes where I felt for her as Jhanak. Most of the time her caricaturish acting also lends into disbelief over Jhanak's perceived circumstances and feelings. I can see where Jhanak is coming from and how it is valid, but also that Hiba's acting/directing cues/execution make it so weak she comes across as rude and thankless. Krushal's acting on the other hand makes us attached to his character, so it is easy to feel bad for him comparatively, not that Ani is without faults, but I am truly glad between them at least one has his head on the shoulders properly. I do feel bad for Ani who is met with insults from her for his help.

I so agree with you ...Hiba needs to improve a lot in performing , since her co actor is so good at expressions almost makes us forget that she is the titular character .
