Thank you TM for making this thread, it's an interesting topic 😊

I used to be fascinated by lifts not just dance lifts also regular ones on tv shows
Although nowadays dance lifts are dime a dozen thanks to the endless reality shows

But you got to have a strong back to do it, right?

Really? So it depends on both the lifter and liftee's weight and technique too?
Is that why Kavita Kaushik was able to lift Rajit and make it look effortless

And we see people who are heavier struggling to lift 'light as feathers'

I am also surprised when people with back, neck etc problem do lifts, how do they manage to do that

We talking about woman lifting a man? Yes it comes with technique. I remember Isha lifted Salman effortlessly at the end of there ghost act. Its great technique.

Its all in technique with dancers. shakti onces lifted amar in DID with no problem and faisal when he was 13 did a dance with so many lifts with no problem with a grown up woman.. they just know where to hold and the one being lifted will also try to be light if that makes sense.

if the prblm is not severe nd u do hv sm slight pain...u still can lift easily...

Yes you have to have a strong back and knees
It's a lot of effort. Strong arms too. But I think there is a technique to it.
