The kids from BAD Salsa dance academy 2/3 years back performed so many lifts beautifully...they were so adept at it, they made it look so

effortless...I guess its technique and practise too..

Some contestants who are weak in dancing or can't dance, like VD; doesn't need a second motivation to perform lifts, lite or heavy, no choice, it's a matter of survival on the stage of Dance 😆
