By all means this is no weight loss promo .. so I am not going to send anyone here on a Fish Protein Diet.

I was reading up on Dance lifts - It actually really helps if your lifted partner is lite.. well not lite as a air bubble - but lite..

Sometimes the candidate cud be quite hefty - if not so much their body than their face can have a lot of weight on it and it doesn't help. Hence chances are the lifts will not go according to how intended and the person doing the lifting may have to improvise and hold his partner here and there and in between the legs to get the balance right..
Well lucky for all the ladies this season - they are all quite Trim.. so no worries there..

I didn't know that fact ...

Anyone else know any other facts ?

I think lifting comes with support too from your partner even your partner is as light as feather. There always have to be a great support.

its about right technique mostly...
manish remo nd savio easily lifted bharti as much as they make fun...
i follow dancer shakti mohan...she has lifted her partners many tyms..
many other female dancers lift them up...
surely light weight helps but correct technique is important

(I can see 1 or 2 male contestent are having trouble giving expression even after trying hard)

Either simplify in understandable terms what u mean - or I may have to take a huge amnt of time out to understand ur post and reply 😃

Mostly I feel that weight is less important than anything when it comes to lifting. There needs to be proper technique and not just the one who is lifting but also the one who is getting lifted need to equally put an effort. As Au_Revoir remarked, Savio could lift Bharti because he put the right amount of weight on his hands and balanced the excess of Bharti's weight by the right technique. So yeah!
