is it? oh damn! in india birth records r always wrong. they show different date in birth cert and different in school records. he escaped but i am sure this 'juvenile' will live a life of hell on earth i pray.

He was tried as juvenile, so he only got 3yrs of probation. After that he should be tried as an adult.
