First of all dont talk about DPS as I myself am from DPS RK PURAM where this all happened. you need to understand there is difference between being Financial stable home and a healthy home.
So y shud I not quote DPS incident? because u r from that school? today's generation has this entire different set of peer / standards/ showoff issues..

You are assuming rapists means there is only one driver..and that's family...and delhi schools or kids..power of peer...is too much to be ignored..
Student studing in prestigious school does not indicate they have a sound enviornment at home. I can tell you loads of such cases from my own school.

The point i am making is being a rapist does not automatically mean that he comes from a sick family..or an unhealthy environment..

I disagree it is more of family problem as after all we all comprise the society, if we will respect women and give them equal rights at home then the change will happen in society. Patriacal nature starts at home as no rights are given to daughter and daughter in law in family property.

The laws to property are there..now..has that stopped it..

lets take islam, that religion is the first religion in this world to acknowledge rights of women..did that stop them from not abusing muslim women...then I don't know what you would call what happened in Kashmir Y-O-Y by people from all sides..

It is very easy to blame a woman again ...teach your son to respect woman..that's the most double standard statement ever..

if you have to raise fingers at the male gender of the society..fathers and brothers in the family..and I repeat..family doesn't have to teach their kids to respect women..they teach their kids to respect every damn individual...

This is more than family..it is about the entire ecosystem..

Your father and brother and men in your family have to make sure they respect women..NOT the WOMAN in the family..

Your teachers have to make sure what they teach and how they treat

YOU have to be responsible of your peers..do you raise voice against those kids in your class who are probably not so nice..( i am keeping it very polite)..

Friends have to be responsible..

neighbours have to be responsible..if rape happens bloody hell stop patronizing the woman, or accusing her..and stop pampering and protecting the bloody guy...

Govt has to be responsible..

and every1 else..

Recognize humans as a species and their drivers...fight is always about power and self benefits..be it religion, war, rape, emotional dominance or physical...

You want to stop wrongdoings then instill fear ... fear is a very good motivator

I dont noe why are you getting hyper It is my opnion.

I never said men are not responsible, they are the ultimate culprit for all this happening in this society as they have always supressed women.

But partially women are also responsible for not fighting against this oppression which has led men to think women are objects to be used.

So now its time for women to show they are not weak but more powerful than any men on this world.

As charity starts at home similarly if a child is taught to respect then this problem will be solved to a large extent, but for remaining it depends upon his peers, teachers
-----edited-----
I agree fear is good motivator but it can be misused.

I did not get hyper..you got personal..daring me to not state things..😆

I am supporting your argument but just saying that's not the end of all..there are other factors..

You know I seriously thought India woke up after this case, but I've been reading about such horrific incidents again and again after ths..it's as if the criminals were mocking us for even protesting..
You think girls have not tried protesting against such crimes? When did anybody actually listen to them? They show sympathy first, protest then, forgotten after and mock and laugh and repeat later...

This brave girl didnt fight? Didnt protest? Didnt raise her voice? What's the outcome then? Lets wait..hopefully it's not going to be a long long wait..what about other girls? Will their cases be opened and solved now?

Mothers are to blame? Really?! Ha! That's why this is all happening..a non stop-blame game..

A girl walks a street , blame her for the way she dresses herself and rape her..

You think a girl wrapped in nine yards will be spared by such men? Crimes still going to happen..

The main solution is to give those criminals severe punishment and don't spare them even if they're so and so's son/daughter...they should be terrorised to even think of such crimes..and such cases should be given priorities..high priorities...

And why shouldn't I take it personal? I am a daughter, wife, been a girlfriend, a mother- a female! I feel for my gender as i know exactly how it feels! Why blame me if my son/daughter commits a crime, punish them if proven guilty!

@Anoshka,

The very next day of the delhi rape, another rape happeend..that' show seriously anti-social public takes the social public..😆

My opinion, you can teach many people a lot of things..but that won't guarantee a thing..

at the end of the day, we grow up and have our own personalities...

Therefore, what one needs is a very very strong and fearful consequence to any such act to that individual..

Saudi Arabia outside closed doors is safe, because they have instilled that fear

I agree. We want to move to India as my partner is from there, when I hear about such issues I think of my little girl and decline to any such ideas. Not that crime doesn't happen here, it does..maybe even more but at least they have the fear of law😳

First of all

Thank you all guys for you opinion

I m repying every of you with this single post

Firstly I want to say that I m a debater and warded by best debater of town and I posted it on each and every forum, site I follow if you check mb forum I posted it there too and this is mine personal thinking that this topic belong to each and every place of whole india

Next I agree that the accused of these rape cases not only belong to drivers and workers but the well reputed personalities are also blamed for the same. so called Our ADHYATMIK GURU is also in prison for the same. This is actually wrong mentality of a sick guy and fearless ness of govt.

I also agree that no mother teaches his son to rape or not to rape but then why these cases occurs each and every day.

My mom once asked me that if your school way is safe... that made me sad enough that why we are not free

I also believe that under 18 criminal should also be treated badly

And which girl don't fight every one fight but if 5-5 warewolf are there then a little bird!!!! How can she fight

People say girl should not wear short dresses!!!! Really is this is the reason for such cases then why 6 year old girl get raped

I personally believe that they should be first insulted in front of their society

Then prisoned for 3 years

Then hanged till death!!!!!!!!!
