I had no idea this topic reached 7 pages..😆..I just logged in and WOW!! Okay, coming back to the comments I have seen, this was really not meant to be a controversial topic..This is my first season of watching JDJ, so I don't know what u guys are talking about, and I really don't care. But, my main reason for posting this was Salman made a general statement, and one has to agree with the words he said. JDJ concept is based on the celebrities who are "non dancers", and I quote even Madhuri's words I believe after DD's jive performance, she was like, "Your journey as a non dancer has improved a lot", and I believe she even compared to Lauren and she clearly said, "Lauren toh is already a professional dancer" .

So, this topic is nothing but a general statement by Salman, now if u guys wanna twist his words, and misinterpret to put it in favor of your opinions, that is up to u all. But, I really don't see what is the reason to fight here since what he said that was an observation and one cannot deny from what I have heard that this season has the most professional dancers, compared to previous seasons.

Also, I do believe that if the Channel ropes in so many professional dancers for JDJ, there shouldn't even be a competition in the first place!! Clearly, the professional dancer wins hands down! And, if they do rope in these professional dancers, they should clearly change the judging system, b/c honestly the judges are the stupidest in this show when they judge the non dancers at the same par level of the likes of Sonali, Mukti and Lauren! Why are the celebrity non dancers even on this show?!!

Salman is not giving his best this season IMO. But as his fans who have claimed that they are "biased" when it comes to him, wont understand that this is our/ my opinion.

@Paris4helen: Good to see a sane DD fan amongst many who are hell bent on making this discussion forum a fan page. And I agree with you Salman is a hypocrite and changing his statements as per his convenience. For the last two seasons he was getting trained dancers and now that he has DD, all of a sudden the show is for people like Shaan, Sid and DD. This shows how desperate he is to win the show. He really is two faced from what I can see.

As for DD, dude, there were rumors that he is the one who keeps spreading news about him and his partners' hook-up stories to get fame and publicity, I remember reading it few days back on this very forum. So I can understand where you are coming from, he indeed is bringing DD in the negative light. It's sad when fans who support her has to see her in the gossip columns with Salman, who I don't think is good looking from any angle. I read yesterday someone mentioning he looks like "Chaiwala" and it cracked me up because he does 😆

Anyways, good to read opinions from sane DD fans, fresh breeze of air.

everyone is saying something ... mukti is also claiming this and that is my competitor , this and that will win ... so why so much problem if generally in a regular segment he said it as a reply to a question ...

@Bold1: Ya this sort of sounds like a complain to me. Because the hind side of the statement says, trained dancers shouldn't be in this competition. That's how I feel. And I thought that might hurt DD. I'm sure it's his own opinion.

@Bold2: I don't know what Multi has said, but there is no harm in saying who is her competitor. Salman could have said that.

It's ok na, saying who is my competitor in a competition, than who say, who should be allowed to compete and who shouldn't. That's like saying that the trained dancers doesn't deserve to win. That's quite mean don't you think so?

Sorry I don't know whom you are supporting, just gave my feelings, as I don't want Drashti to face more controversy.

Actually I'm surrounded by all Drashti Fans and they always keep talking about her and I got kind of talking about her and started liking her. 😊

But I don't like Salman at all. I dislike his publicity and making rumors with celebrities. He did it before also. That's why I'm scared that may be this time also he will do something which might hurt Drashti.

ROFL 🤣 Why ppl bring in poor chaiwala or autowala to insult the looks of a certain celeb? There was a conductor of my school bus and he was one of the most good looking guy i have ever seen in real ...Cant a chaiwala be good looking ? 😆 Oh on the same point i remembr DID season 1 contestant Mayuresh used to sell chai at a chai stall and i think he was kind of good looking ..Oh ppls atleast spare the chaiwalas 😆
