I would say that is a middle ground

y cant we consider her as a trained dancer when in actual she is one..
treating her the same way with other nondancers is a great injustice to the nondancer...
if mouni was trying to hide it,then we can understand..
y judges are so keen to show her as an untrained dancer?

Ok ,shakti said it but it was not to a permanent judge..
in her first episode it self the clearly introduced her as a pro dancer n she accepted it as well.
here the case is different..here the JUDGES (not the contestant) are trying to show a trained dancer as a nondancer..
there is a big difference bw the both situations..
n the topic is abt y Judges are dng it..

here its not abt the contestant but its abt the JUDGES showing a trained dancer as a nondancer..

she is only trained in Katthak that too for a very short period of time.
the other dance forms are as new to her as anyone of us (who is a non dancer)

a trained dancer(be it in any fort) will always be a little bit superior to others..they can absorb a dance form easily compared to other nondancers..

one judge is saying that JDJ is a journey of nondancer to dancer..
on the same episode another judge calling a trained dancer as nondancer..isnt it pointing towards something else??

firstly why are u comparing mouni and shakti ( two different people). SHakti is a winner of india's biggest dance reality show and she over there has Done all the dances there are. ( dont take me against her i love her alot) but i still dont get why are u comparing them both.

secondly dear i agree she has a 0.1% upper hand then ashish and karan
but it is not like ashish and karan are dancing for the first time in there life

1st of all u being a shakti fan...will never get a genuine answer...reason..ur username nd dp...
second thing...judges nd channels hv suddenly turned the show as a journey of non dancer to dancer...so topic pe discuss krke koi fayda hi nai...
mouni is trained in classical...nt a proffessional dancer...bt they(judges nd ch) are hell bent on denying that..god knows y...nd we cant blame nor are we blaming mouni for that..(this is for those who think TM is blaming mouni for that.)
shakti is not a part of this discussion bt koi topic uske fans banaye or wo drag na ho...esa ho hi nai skta...like mouni she is also trained in ONLY contempory...bt yeah she is a proffessional dancer so more polished...

evry damn article or iv of shakti by jdj...she clearly stated her being trained nd proffessional...
also she is the only contestant till now in jdj whom they openly termed "trained"..(my observation)
never they said lauren is proffessional, nor isha nor sushant or TJ too...she was just an anchor acc to them...1st episode"shakti u r trained i expect more"
