I think sushant got 21 cos Remo knows Sushant dances well, Sushant had danced with Shakti in DID for a guest performance and Remo was the judge there. I think that is why Sushant was given less, cos Remo expected more out of him. He danced well, but the concept could have been stronger in my opinion.

Shekhar's dance was fast, energetic and a little entertaining too. It had the zing thing in it. Plus it was a surprise to see an elderly dancing so well on the first time itself, so maybe that too affected his marks.

Remo is a odd specimen as a judge. From what I've noticed, he focuses more on the choreography aspect than the dance and givee his scores accordingly.

hey sumwhere i read abt Kalaripatu in dis thread loll..dat dance form was new to me wen i saw shakti-Amar's performance and later wen i saw yana-salman it was quite a mix of shakti-Amar's 2 acts..

i'm not saying salman copied dose acts but it has some resemblence to dose acts dats it.

woopsie Sorry!! I didn't mean it in a demeaning way.....i am really liking salman as a choreographer (n i lowve Ragini). And i didn't mean Salyana in a couplish way....it sounds good that is why. And i was criticizing the act based on perspective formed while watching the performance and not the duo in general. I believe in constructive criticism and not 'target' criticism. i criticize even my favs.

So hope no hard feelings.

I like the judges analysing the choreographers too....the show is also for choreos showing choreographing skills....playing with their partners strengths and weaknesses.
