I have already posted my reponse to mumbai mirror.
This show has turned into a bottomless pit. I have already stopped watching it and considering disconnecting sony altogether.

The level disgust that I am feeling is just beyond any words

To Mr. Tariun Katiyal.
sir, i just wanted to say something regarding your comments .
in these days of consumerism everything is saleable and interestingly the word " Middle-class " is very much saleble. sorry to say, you and your people are trying to sale this word. what do you know about a middle-class girl of india? a middle-class girl of india never runs away from her wedding leaving behind her poor and innocent parents to be insulted by the groom's people.a middle class girl is very much careful about her middle-class father and she never goes away from a wedding without saying anything before so that her father's life-long savings get wasted. jassi did not care a bit for her parents in this respect. so we can never call her a middle-class girl.what do you think? if you use the term middle-class , the viewers will be impressed by your catchy words? no sir. sorry to say, viewers are not so fools. so please don't try to sell this word.
now, regarding jassi's self-respect and all that.
i want to ask a few questions.
1. do you think armaan's reaction was very abnormal after seeig his would-be wife in such a condition? are you trying to say that if jassi saw armaan in a similar situation with a semi-nude girl , she would not ask anything to armaan and blindly go to marry him without any question? no, not at all. i think a person has every right to ask his/her partner what happened.trust, repect , faith all these words are very good and they should exist in a relationship . but at the same time a man or a woman should have the right to ask his / her partner what happened if such a situation arises. what's wrong in asking the question? sorry to say, you are trying to mix up the oppresive relationship and harassments of men to women with this routine rights of questioning the partner. if jassi was not guilty she should have explained what happened and then she should have taken the decision to marry or not to marry armaan. but why did she run away like a coward without any explanation? using the words like "oppresion" , "harassment" or something like that , you are only trying to confuse the viewers.the words which you are trying to establish and the things which you have shown are not the same. there is a difference between them and you are trying in vain to impress viewers using these saleable words.
2.what kind of education you are trying to give to the middle-class women? are you trying to say that middle-class girls should not marry anybody and go to a distant place and live independently. sorry to say that you are trying to give a wrong education. in this days of breakups and divorces you should try to teach them how to maintain a good relationship , how to solve all such problems intelligently and how to live happily together for ever. but , sorry to say, you are trying to give the opposite education.
so this a request to you and your people , first learn what is really a middle-class girl in india and then only try to educate people.
thanks.

Ketaki...you took the words right out of my mouth.

Dear Jassi,

If you are smart, you will get off JJKN and start looking for something that's going to get you ahead in your professional life. The show is not the laughing stock of India. It stands for nothing.

I think you feel the show (JJKN) is presenting you with a platform by which you can set an example to the woman of India. WRONG !!!! WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE!!!!! I don't mean to sound rude, but you are sadly mistaken.

You have proved nothing but disgrace, immaturity, and lack of strength. The Indian Woman today has more strength and courage than she ever did. She doesn't' have to run away from her problems, like you have not once by twice.

I'm starting to be ashamed that JJKN is an Indian show.

Is your message "In times of problem and uncertainties, run away and have a makeover"?

I think you, your foolish directors and SONY feel the audience is stupid and foolish. Sorry to burst your bubble, we're not. It's you guys that have make a joke of yourselves and your talents.

JJKN is nothing but garbage at this point. END IT!

In conclusion, if you want to salvage your career, get out of JJKN ASAP.

EX - Viewer,

Peaches

The responses of IF members like Rumi,JP,Lah,Ketki and others were very impressive.Hope the makers--or rather the detroyers-of JJKN read these views."Middle class"girl has become almost an insulting word on not only JJKN but in all shows. If you dont like a girl coming from not so well to do family just call her middle class.Do these producers know what middle class women,or for that matter women from poor class too, have been doing for India? It is on their strenghth and spirit that India holds its head high.

My own view thwt why story have turned this way.....

1.Actually JJKN production when enlarched the story at the time of marriage they remmeber the hollywood movie RUN AWAY BRIDE so they make JASSI run away.
2.JJKN production is in some kind of family planning programme..so they want unhappy marriage which will give unhappy relation and there will be no fruits. So they separate ARMAAN-JASSI. MALLIKA will only be ARMAANS wife by name...she wont get his love...and there is lonely RAJ,RHEA,CJ. AND our future nun JASSI.So everyone should go to nainitall in PURABS asraam where FATHER is taking care of it.

Where the story hv land now? no where in this earth. Jassi's decision of not getting married may be right but she should inform everyone why she ran away....everything was happening according to her wish...if ARMAAN hv hurted her self respect her feelings for him she hv also hurted him. Dont ARMAAN hv a right to ask her something yes he hv slapped her his anger on JASSI was not right but she could ask for an explanation .Running away by making her parents in a awkward position where everyone was insulting them, she knew them she should say it infront of everyone that she dont wanted to get married. And ARMAAN hvnt said he woudnt marry her he said he wants the truth..if what he is thinking is wrong then ARMAAN will forget this...ya he have done a mistake of doubting his love....and again slapping her never thought The JASSI who have supported him in RHEA harrassement case ...n...all other situation when no one else was there for him.But TD can show it differently they can show that CJ have exposed some false picture of him and JASSI and the seen in hotel that night infront of everyone then ARMAAN decided not to marry against his family selfrespects then they could show the breaking of marriages.... But this way the story have lost its original test...now they will show what ARMAAN-MALLIKA unhappy married life, drumk ARMAAN, lonely RAJ,lonely JASSI....gosh what a mess of the story.....

i think most of the article came in mumbai mirror including urs shradda and somehow its bound to reach them. whatevr they may do to salvage the story its already a lost cause and it wont make any impact now,
even if they say all this was a dream sequence and all.
that also doesnt explain letter by jassi also to support her decision,
whatever its sony and makers hv lost it and we viewers the aam janta has become winners as we have boycotted the serial already
