OLD JASSI JAISSI

So, because, I never used to watch Jassi in the beginning like my parents did, but I now watch it religiously, I decided to go to the local video store & pick up all of the earlier episodes from #1 onwards. I started watching them yesterday & I have got to say, I haven't laughed that hard in ANY of the recent episodes. I loved when Armaan couldn't get Jassi's name right & kept calling her "Jaspal" & "Jaswant", Maddie's character was just amazing, how Nandu fell in love w/Pari @ first sight, & how Raj flirted with anyone with boobs (Except dear Jassi of course!).

I absolutely agree with you that these people have lost sight of the track the show was on...the track that made it so unique to begin with...now it's just like any other soap opera, whether Indian or American, with villains consistently botching the plans of the protagonist lovers. Basically, that's just annoying.😡

I also had a question. In the episodes I'm watching right now, Bindiya, Maria, & all of the girls are SO mean to Jassi! I almost wanted to kick their a$$es...can someone tell me when they become friends?

WELL GERAT TO KNOW THAT U watch the earlier episodes of jassi...those were indeed the golden days of jassi and yes the gang were mean but they become friends very soon during luch time i think when they ask jassi to revela all secrets that happens between arman and mallika as jassi works inside arman's cabin...i think so

anyway it was hilarous and so good...i love arman calling jassi ....jasbir,jannat was funny😃😉

Ughhhh these people are so annoying!!! WHYYY can't they just take a public opinion poll & then they'll figure out that NO ONE LIKES WHAT THEY'RE DOING RIGHT NOW!!!

As for the gang, thank G-d! I can't really handle them being so mean to poor Jassi.

I got the tapes from an Indian video store that my uncle owns near my house...because I live in New York & not everyone subscribes to Sony on the DISH Network, they tape them & then have them available.

i've watched jjkn since DAY ONE...the day that both pari and jassi came in for the interview to be armaan's secretary and both of them get the job. Oh my, i have watched this show religiously. infact my life revolves around this. (same for many IF members).....i cant remember a day when i've missed an episode of jassi.

The golden days of jassi might never return...but atleast after the show ends they might have re-runs of the old episodes that we jjkn fans love so much!

You're so true!!! Armaan was so funny with all the different names he used to call her.

I also have to say that Mona did a dam good job before in her acting. In my eyes it doesn't seem like she's putting any effort in her acting now, like she did before. I guess it's part of the roll she plays now. It seems so effortless.

I just wish there wasn't a night and day difference in her personality.

Please don't get me wrong, I understand that Armaan and Jassi have good onscreen chemistry, but I'm talking specifically about Jassi's acting.

Unfortunately, I missed out on the very early episodes of JJKN. Some of the first JJKN episodes I saw was when Armaan was doing the "love nataak". I guess I'll have to look for stores that rent old JJKN episodes...

Yeah, I agree with you Peaches. I think Jassi's acting can definetely be improved right now. With the old Jassi, she fit with her character so well, but now, I don't know...
