A Notice is hereby being served by Advocate Such Aka fan no 1 jjkn on behalf of her Client Mr. Nandu Aka Hansa.

My Client Mr. Nandu aka Hasna is going to File two CASES at India Forums Court under Justice ANJUBALA and under Indian Penal Court (IPC) No.420.of India Forums Marriage Act 840 against his Wife Beauty aka Jassi Aka Chatterbox for cheating my Client and for making 2^{nd time} illegal marriage to Apurva aka Ananya aka Armaan aka ladoo898 aka Tanny (that is twin soul in one body? (did you mean one soul in two bodies???)this is first case of twin body one soul related) ...... without having Divorce from her First husband i.e. my client.

My client will also file a case against his Wife Beauty aka Jassi Aka Chatterbox for Divorce with 50% of Alumni against her Wife Beauty aka Jassi Aka Chatterbox's physical property, metal property and her wealth..

(ab aa gaye na apni aukaat main ek tapori aur ek dowry ke peechhe marti mother in law. khoob jamti hai yeh jodi!!)

He has no more interested too keep relation with his Besharam, cruel and characterless wife.

Your honour I am surprised what is the court itself? What is this happening? I am totally confused who is the Lawyer of the Defender? Where is the letter of the accused praying for extension of time to the Honorable Court. According to Law we/my client should have been served with Copy of the letter.

(objection my lord!!! we didn't ask for any extension!!! these are only excuses for turning up late!!!!)

The Accused itself is missing, and I am waiting from 12.30 pm (this is called ulta chor kotwal ko dante!! we again want to explain that we had reached the forum on time!!) without having breakfast. Once hearing over my client give me bribe and with that I will go to bar. I was informed by your junior that you were having loose motion due to over eating and 25 time went to Latrine so waiting ( actually resting) in you chamber. To my knowledge Your Honour this is a sincere insult to the Honourable Court as well as Judge.

The Witness list is not yet been finalized by the Accused ( who said that?? you have no right to say things on my behalf!!). According to Law only she or her the lawyer can do this. My Client also not given the witness list.( waiting for you advocate such and your highly esteemed client to show up in order to present the list on a platter!!) And few people sitting here already starting noise and came with those relevant links (hello this is in the public libraray and can be used as reference by anyone who is interested in the case !!!), which were not supposed to be presented in court by any one other than the me i.e Lawyer, or my client or Accused and her lawyer. These all is our proof of Evidence to fight the case. And these are being purloined.

Now I think I have to file a case against Mrs. CB Hansa N to misguide and making confusion in the case and she hired a gang of Gunda to refrain the case to go according to normal procedure which is clearly proved that the accused have ill motive. And the most alarming this is she hypnotized my innocent Son APURVA aka Ananya and remarriage with him. Ie could not get dowry. I had lot of dream that through my Son's Marriage I will get huge dowry so that rest of life I can only eat and sleep.

- Keeping in view of all the points of Prosecuting Lawyer Advocate Such, the Court found Mrs CB Hansa N is in guilt and she has done the crime of cheating her husband. And the court is being instructed to start a further inquiry n Mrs CB Hansa N for ignoring the Court's Order.

(HAHAHAHAHA!!!)

Since INDIA FORUMS court is famous for Romance and relationship, hence another chance is being given to Mrs. CB Hansa N for having a scope to give explanation to prove herself innocent.

(WOW!!!👏 justice ho to aisa!!)

Upon receipt of the documents and prove from the Prosecuting lawyer the Court will give its decision of Punishment. Also a notice have to served to Mrs CB Hansa N that she leave station till the court gives its final Judgement.

The court will give its full police protection. to Advocate Such and her Client.(protection to taporis from taporis??)

And Mr. Hansa N can file the Divorce petition only after closure of this particular case of IPC 420 not before that.

let me recapitulate for you my lord, what i have been trying to say all this while.

the advocate should not try to update the front page of the post every time she wants to say some thing. she should give you a chance to say something instead of making a monologue of a dialogue you are a hopeless judge my lord !! we have heard that justice is andha. but this one is goonga as well. this is the worst court that i have been into where the justice is handed out even before the client can reach the court. maybe you will take that as a compliment!! after consultation with my client my lord, it has been decided that this client will offer not explanations to this court!!! infact, she agrees that she must not have been in her right mind when she got married to this tapori. and this divorce will be just right thing to do. the tapori has spent his life time hopping from one bed to another and as can be seen in the records presented in this forum, he was caught flirting even on the day of his wedding. for that eyewitness reetsk will come forward and place her statement here!! my client spent her entire time waiting for her lafanga husband to return home, give her some time and some love.... but no, this was not to be. ...so she wants out. finally she looked for some comfort from people outside her home and this became a crime. her lafanga hubby keeps hopping beds and finally comes up with a notice!! well it is come in the right time. she is ready to recieve it. my lord both sides are willing and there is no case!!! you maybe on a forum where love and romance is given some priority, but love and romance never came her way. so my client has gone one step further.
