A Notice is hereby being served by Advocate Such Aka fan no 1 jjkn on behalf of her Client Mr. Nandu Aka Hansa.
My Client Mr. Nandu aka Hasna is going to File two CASES at India Forums Court under Justice ANJUBALA and under Indian Penal Court (IPC) No.420.of India Forums Marriage Act 840 against his Wife Beauty aka Jassi Aka Chatterbox for cheating my Client and for making 2nd time illegal marriage to Apurva aka Ananya aka Armaan aka ladoo898 aka Tanny (that is twin soul in one body? this is first case of twin body one soul related) ...... without having Divorce from her First husband i.e. my client.
My client will also file a case against his Wife Beauty aka Jassi Aka Chatterbox for Divorce with 50% of Alumni against her Wife Beauty aka Jassi Aka Chatterbox's physical property, metal property and her wealth..
He has no more interested too keep relation with his Besharam, cruel and characterless wife.
This NOTICE being served to Beauty aka Jassi Aka Chatterbox for her necessary action and advance information and if the accused namely Mrs Nandu Hansa aka Beauty aka Jassi Aka Chatterbox wants to engage any Advocate to fight the case against her husband Mr. Nandu.
The Notice itself showing how many times the accused Mrs Chatterbox Nandu has changed her name to flirt with different person. Me Advocate Such is now sweating to write such long names of Mrs Chatterbox Nandu aka beauty aka Jassi aka Chatterbox.
So hereinafter Beauty aka Jassi Aka Chatterbox will called by Mrs. Chatterbox Nandu Hansa and my client as Mr. Nandu Hansa.
No No again Advocate Such is again sweating for writing such long name.
Finally hereinafter my Client called by the Compliant Mr Hansa N and Beauty aka Jassi Aka Chatterbox will be called as Accused Mrs. CB Hansa N.
Please note the petition will filed on 26-09-2006. The hearing/ case will start at 12; 30 pm Indian Forums Court under IPC no. 420 of Indian forums Marriage Act 840 under Honorable Justice ANJUBALA…
The accused Mrs CB Hansa N has been asked to be present on Hearing time. Other wise there will be action taken by Justice ANJUBALA and if she doesn't hire any lawyer to fight her case then the court will be given its decision on my Client Mr Hansa N's favour. Also court will take their own legal action against the accused for Punishment.

- thank you your honourYour honour I am surprised what is the court itself? What is this happening? I am totally confused who is the Lawyer of the Defender? Where is the letter of the accused praying for extension of time to the Honorable Court. According to Law we/my client should have been served with Copy of the letter.
The Accused itself is missing, and I am waiting from 12.30 pm without having breakfast. Once hearing over my client give me bribe and with that I will go to bar. I was informed by your junior that you were having loose motion due to over eating and 25 time went to Latrine so waiting ( actually resting) in you chamber. To my knowledge Your Honour this is a sincere insult to the Honourable Court as well as Judge.
The Witness list is not yet been finalized by the Accused. According to Law only she or her the lawyer can do this. My Client also not given the witness list. And few people sitting here already starting noise and came with those relevant links, which were not supposed to be presented in court by any one other than the me i.e Lawyer, or my client or Accused and her lawyer. These all is our proof of Evidence to fight the case. And these are being purloined.
Your honour does't it shows illegal before starting of case Gunda Ganga came and starting Gundami.
And where its only the notice served and the case not yet started neither the copy of petition filed. I am sitting at Court and the accused and her lawyer not yet come neither letter of extension been given.

- Therefore it per-se proves that the accused is guilt in this case and create confusion.Your honour I will also appeal to this court there may be any physical attack on me or my client therefor I humbly pray to your goodself to give us some Police Protection.
Now I think I have to file a case against Mrs. CB Hansa N to misguide and making confusion in the case and she hired a gang of Gunda to refrain the case to go according to normal procedure which is clearly proved that the accused have ill motive. Its just a evidence your honour and as per the notice it was clearly mentioned that if the Accused Mrs. CB Hansa N will not appear in court or hire any Lawyer the Order will go in favour of my client Compliant Mr. Hansa N
Therefore your honour I feel that no more argument is required as its shows she is guilty.
Hence I will submit my petition and all relatives prove. And will file another case on Mrs CB Hansa N to give divorce to my client along with the demand Alumni list.
And the most alarming this is she hypnotized my innocent Son APURVA aka Ananya and remarriage with him. Ie could not get dowry. I had lot of dream that through my Son's Marriage I will get huge dowry so that rest of life I can only eat and sleep.

- Keeping in view of all the points of Prosecuting Lawyer Advocate Such, the Court found Mrs CB Hansa N is in guilt and she has done the crime of cheating her husband. And the court is being instructed to start a further inquiry n Mrs CB Hansa N for ignoring the Court's Order.Since INDIA FORUMS court is famous for Romance and relationship, hence another chance is being given to Mrs. CB Hansa N for having a scope to give explanation to prove herself innocent.
Upon receipt of the documents and prove from the Prosecuting lawyer the Court will give its decision of Punishment. Also a notice have to served to Mrs CB Hansa N that she leave station till the court gives its final Judgement.
The court will give its full police protection. to Advocate Such and her Client.
And Mr. Hansa N can file the Divorce petition only after closure of this particular case of IPC 420 not before that.
THE COURT IS ADJOURNED FOR TODAY. THE NEXT HEARING WILL BE ON SUNDAY THE 30th SEPTEMBER AT 4.20 PM
