Hey guys .. I have been thinking about what is portrayed in most shows about the role of "Indian woman". Most shows show woman confined at home and dealing with domestic problems. I have created a thread in the Thode khushi Thode Ghum forum

You guys might or might not be watching the show. But I would like to know your views too because we have been close to jassi who wanted to make her stand in the society and not let anything come in her way. She was Independent and she had her own views.

I would like to know what you feel about it ..

Does the woman have any right to dream ? Or should she just be "within her limits" ?

I think women should have the rights to dream and do wonders in world. There should be no ifs or buts about it. We as women should be and is capeable of doing anything and everything so why not.

I personally think there is no one to stop me from dreaming, so therefore go for your dreams and fullfil it to your hearts content

'within limits,' 😕 well i will say every women has the right to dream, be happy,
every one for that matter,as the right to be happy man or women provided in their quest for making their dreams to happen and become happy they dont hurt anyone ,eg. the case of the professor and his so called love julie,this is slightly out of context, but she is a women and she is also doing what she thinks is giving her happiness, but is she right?here i will say when in rome do as romans do, when in a society,abide by its rules and laws,be within its limits it has set for us, or else there will be no difference between human beings and animals ,

Men and women should be treated equally.Unfornutely we live in a male dominated society where we are considered inferior.But hopefully Times are changing.
