The thing is we can't compare situation like this with other tv shows because I don't think they've shown a forced marriage quite like this?

I've never seen the 'unmarried' couple take vachans, I'm assuming the bloody sindoor counts for something when they were separated.

There's no precedence. But if we went by their VACHANS and the sindoor then they're married.

But there's no paper to prove it? Ravish & Vividha have signed a document but this was against her will, the consent was tampered with.

Is vividha 'legally' married to anyone in that case?

Since vividha is FL here they simply cannot show her take off the MS like that. So atharv needs to recover and stand by her side when the world opposes. This is purely for drama quotient.

I watched jndsd only because of atharva and his real nayi Bali soch I think it was third episode when gunde were reading guddi and telling that she is bearing mini skirt and atharva on that what he said was real nayi wali soch or he is a person who will not point out mistake only but follow it like her clearly said ramakant he has no relation with him and he hate his mother who now even wear sindoor and ms on his name loved it hope this serial maintain the true atharva again when he is back he should have very strong reason to go to vashisht mansion or should not go

In real world what I have experienced till now

1.. firstly starting with my father who loved me given everything more than even my brother but do I really think that he is not that type of person who think women are equal I don't think so when it come to my mother he had not allowed her to do job so that shecan take care of us or he has always asked my mother to do in front of elders this or that if she is not able to do or there is some mistake or she answer someone back she get angry I will not say he treat my mother like shit he love my Mather slot not his partner

He taught me given me full freedom but after that even he want to get me married to a elite boy who is more than me in every field he has even saved dowry for me

So I don't know what to say although a father has given everything to her daughter or he really respect woman slot as he is in army

Even in this forum there r ravidha fan they r not wrong for being their fan as it's their choice but for their choice they want wrong thing or give wrong reasons without any base more than vikram I like shashank it doesn't means I will support wrong as it should be vividha choice and even it was force marriage why being a fan of someone we will want a show which is trying to show nice and hold concept to demolish it and working like other Indian shows where a girl fall in love with a guy because society love or even their love for ms

Anyway I am not bashing ravidha fan it's only opinion

Because I am very particular about these type of thing because I have seen in front of my eyes these thing happening daily so on the name of only fan I will never side with those thing that demolish a girl to being baby producing or caretaker machine or a machine whose everything is controlled by society

I hope atharva sujata should be what they have shown not become like sujata or even ravish thinking should be like that and support it against his mother but till now I have not seen this type of any scene

I haven't seen all the shows you've mentioned but I heard they killed Barkha Bisht's character off?? So the whole thing about not needing a man/husband/father to maintain a respectable position in society goes out of the window. PMHMD, I actually really loved the promos of that because Naina was asking her mother why do only women have an expiry date for marriage and not guys? So I thought they'll show this independent woman but they showed a forced marriage in that too and so early! So ultimately the original thought process shown in the initial promos goes for a toss.

There's nothing wrong in liking Ravidha, if you see chemistry between them and like them as a pair that's fine, it's your choice BUT to refuse Vividha's desires to be with the man she truly loves and secretly hoping HDDCS happens is basically you saying that you're ok with this forced marriage. The people who are hung up on that film are going to be hugely disappointed but anyway the show will go the way the makers have always intended to take it.

This is something I feel about strongly myself beyond the realms of shipping a pair. That's why I just don't watch or support shows which are saying 'it's forced but they'll fall in love' anymore and when it comes to JNDSD where the lovers were so brutally torn apart...it would shock any viewer ultimately if they don't end up together!

As a woman, as a human it should bother everyone with a conscious.

P.S. It's sad what you've had to witness in real and these are actual examples where people think it's OK to use their culture/religion and even caste trump cards to destroy people's lives! NO-ONE has a right to tell you what to do and what not to do with your life!

And forcing her to love matter. Ya I too read that. It came from the hospital sequence where she said u came into my life and forced me to see the real me. Ppl surely can misinterpret whatever dialogue we get in many number of ways. Can anyone force to love someone. OK let's assume atharv forced vivi to love her. Now atharv is baby. She is free . In olden days in South men used to wear a ring in middle finger of feet . And women mostly walked with their head bowed down. So if a women desires a men she ll see his feet to see if he is married or not. I saw this scene in a movie. But this is a custom once followed.

Y I am saying this is we live in a men dominated world. They have changed customs and traditions as per their convenience. Who knows how they were 4 generations ago?

So it's not like everything we follow is right and not wrong too. As humans it's least bit courtesy to think once before we act.

That's why I'm not even bothered about her wearing the MS & sindoor because I know it's for dramatic purposes! Atharv needs to see that she's married too, there's a whole revelation there which is a high point!

Men made these customs and we women just followed them. Where has God wrote down such customs? Any evidence? Nope! It's all age-old man created traditions!

What I really want to say is that a person truly values something when it is of their own choice and free will - whether it's marriage or other life choices. It then becomes sacred, if you will.

When something is forced on a person then nothing about that situation is ever sacred.

Marriage, no matter where or which culture it is, becomes binding and scared when the two person involved go into it with a open mind and heart, agreeable and acceptable to the whole constitution of marriage.

Re the topic, IMHO child marriage is NOT a marriage. It is something down to keep one party subservient and oppressed, their free will and life choices taken away.

Completely agree. At the end of the day, any relationship, any institution becomes valid and sacred only when you truly accept it from the heart. Without that validation, it's just something the society has stamped on you and no offence, that society isn't going to fix my issues when I have them. It's just going to look from far and make snarky remarks! No thanks :)
