This the fourth AT.. Due to some personal reason they had to put the previous AT in res. As you know every AT contains some banner, siggi and other stuff. They left the slots empty in the previous three AT. That's why AT blocked this one..

First two AT was under's Hina's authority and she was very ill due to which she couldn't complete them.. Third one was under Miss B's authority. But she was having internet problem. So, couldn't complete it.. As we finish AT in jet speed it becomes hard to cope up with.. So, the AT blocked the AT saying it will not get open unless they completes the previous one...
