Sid banged the door on his way out and the next day he went to the principal's office.

There was no one there. DD was busy talking to someone.

Sid was about to leave but his eyes fell on the card on the table which said wedding on it. He went up and picked it up.

As he opened it, he couldn't believe his eyes.

It said Roshni weds Karan on it.

He ripped it in half and threw it away around her desk.

That's mean you did lie and you do know where Roshni is'

He went to Roshni's house to ask her nani what happened between Roshni and DD.

Meanwhile Roshni was still trying to open the ropes. Someone entered and said Roshni I give you one chance to be free, go and never return to this place again'

He opened her ropes and let her free.

Chapter 3:

Sid was still talking to Kritika. Suddenly his fork accidently fell. He woke up Simran who had light sleep.

She came out of her room and was happy to see the siblings talking to each other normally like they always did.

Sid saw Simran and stopped her.

Mom wait'

Hm?' Simran replied.

Did DD have a daughter before, em I mean did she ever have any children', He asked trying to act normal.

Yeah she has a daughter; I mean she had a daughter who died when she was a baby'

Oh ok', Sid said knowing that DD probably lied to Simran.

Kyun, something wrong', she asked.

No why do you ask', Sid said.

Well first of this entire question is so random and second of all you're asking me this in the middle of the night', She said while laughing.

No nothing nothing maa, just go to sleep', He said giving a kiss on her forehead.

Simran hugged him and went back to her room to sleep.

Does he know about...', She thought to herself.

Sid something wrong', Kritika asked.

No no', He replied.

He went to his room and started wondering.

Aargh what the hell is all this', He said to himself in anger.

First of all I get blamed for trying to force myself on Roshni and then now I find out Roshni is DD's daughter?'

Nothing is falling in place or making sense. How the hell will I even find out where Roshni is', He wondered for a long time and then suddenly an idea popped in his mind.

I'll tell Aishaa everything tomorrow and then I'll go to confront DD', He said to himself.

He went to his desk and picked up a picture of Roshni. His tear fell on the picture.

I trust you Roshni but why wouldn't you tell me something like this. Why in the world would you hide this from me? From your childhood friend?'

I am very angry at you'

He went to sleep keeping Roshni's picture on his chest.

The next day:

Sid got up and went to college. There he met a lot of reporters but he just ignored him. Some asked him really cheap questions like Mr.Khurana since when were you planning to break Ms.Patel's heart.'

He wanted to smack them but he managed to keep his calm.

The reporters eventually went away.

He met Aishaa. He then told Aishaa everything.

Sid ab kya karoge', she asked wanting to know what was in Sids mind.

Sid told her that he was going to confront DD.

Aishaa knew there was something wrong with this plan and stopped him.

Sid look you can't do that yaar'.

Why not', He asked being confused.

Think about it, if DD doubts you and what if she did something to Roshni. She might hurt her furthur', Aishaa said trying to make Sid understand the situations.

You're right actually', Sid understood.

So what will you do now?'

I know I will go up to her and try to get some hints from her about her lie', Sid thought and he left.

He reached the principal's office and opened it.

DD?' He called out but no one was there.

He went up to her desk and looked around but no one was there. He saw DD talking on the phone outside. Suddenly his eyes fell on the card that was on the desk.

It read wedding invitation on it.

Wedding invitation? She never told me or maa about this and she usually tells us everything?', He said doubtedly to himself.

He then opened it and he couldn't believe what he saw. It read Roshni weds Karan on it. The date was for next week.

He ripped the card in half and left the office.

He decided to go home straight away without attending any of his classes.

Meanwhile DD was talking on the phone...

Karan you'll be here by next week yeah?', She asked him.

Yes mom don't worry. Just tell me one thing how's Roshni.'

She's fine beta', She said

She then hanged up the phone and went inside her office.

She was shocked looking at the mess in her office. She looked at the wedding card pieces scattered all over the floor.

Who or when?' She asked herself.

Khurana mansion:

Sid went straight to him room boiling with anger.

Roshni' He said in an angry tone.

Hold on, Roshni's wedding?', Aishaa asked.

Who even is this Karan', Aishaa asked.

Probably some bas***d. Anyway I was thinking that I'll go to Roshni's nani's house today'

Maybe I'll get some information there', Sid said with a sigh.

He was about to hang up the phone but Aishaa said wait'

Yeah Aishaa?'

You trust Roshni right',Aishaa asked knowing Sids feelings.

They both hanged up the phone and Sid got ready to go to Roshni's house.

At Patel house:

Nani was sitting at home alone. Mona Bua was at the office.

Nani saw Sid coming and stood up happily. She was about to go hug him but then remembered all the rumours.

'Nani do you not trust me aswell'', Sid said with teary eyes.

She went up and gave him a hug.

'Pagal you always know how to melt my feelings'',She said with teary eyes.

They both sat down and Sid asked her how she was and then he said Nani ma I heard your and DD's conversation yesterday'

Nani was shocked but then realised she could trust him.

Woh actually Sid'

Nani you don't need to give any explanation for this. I just want to know how Roshni got separated from her mother.'

Nani then told him everything. By the end of this Sid was crying thinking off all the pain Roshni must have gone through during her childhood. And also her family.

But why did Roshni never tell me all this?',Sid asked her

I told her not to tell you', She said.

But why nani maa?', Sid was confused.

I was just scared that maybe since your family was friends with Durga, maybe it would create problems for your family.'

Oh now I understand everything', Sid said to himself.

Well nani I have to go now, it's getting late. Sid said making an excuse to leave.

Ok bye'

Sid left and went home.

Meanwhile on the other side Roshni was sleeping until she heard footsteps. She got scared. She couldn't help crying anymore.

She wasn't that strong anymore. She wanted to be with her family but she knew she couldn't. What got her more upset was that she was going to get married to someone she barely even knows. And her own mother kidnapped her. Sid wasn't with her..

It's better if I die', She thought to herself.

Someone entered the room. She has a blanket wrapped around her. By seeing her figure, Roshni knew it couldn't be DD.

Who', she struggled to say.

The woman came closer and started to untie her.

Roshni was stunned. She didn't know why that woman was untying her.

The woman even helped Roshni to get up and said Go'

Who are you', Roshni said trying to figure out who she was.

I said go! I am giving you a chance to be free but listen don't come near my family again', She said sternly.

Roshni knew what she had to do to reveal the woman's face.

She started walking up to her and then stepped on her blanket so it would come off her face.

Roshni was shocked seeing who it is.

Aap?', She asked couldn't believe who she just saw.

Uh Roshni listen I know you have a lot of questions right now but I need you to go fast', the woman said.

Roshni went away quickly and she finally got out of the place. She was so glad she finally out. She breathed in the fresh air.

She saw DD's car and started running for her life. Her feets were injured, her hands were sore but she forced herself to run.

The woman went out and threw a blanket. Roshni catched it and wrapped herself around it covering half of her face.

She continued running. She bumped into someone. It was Sid but her face was covered so Sid couldn't see her. She took a glance at him and continued running.

Madam?' Sid called out wanting to say sorry to her.

Roshni ran until she reached a place where she was out of sight from DD or Sid.

She then saw a house.

She knocked on it and a girl opened it.

Roshni?' The girl said shockingly.

Can I stay at your house for a while', Roshni asked her.

Come in', the girl was dumstruck.

Kidnapping place:

DD entered the room and saw a girl sleeping. She thought it was Roshni so she went back to her car and went home. She didn't know it was someone else...It was that same woman.
