How u handle star clashes ! Between a lead nd another. .if it goes over board..as u guys should read each nd evry convo..

I wanna ask a question here ,many of the mods take care of other forums as well , as in they are mods for other forums as well. So how do they go about it? Isn't that a really exhausting job?
